Highly recommend, great agency
The guys at social nucleus really are the best at what they do. We have been working with them for just over 1 year now, and have gone from a start-up with 0 sales, to now an annual turnover of circa £65k.
When it comes to running ads they have such a wide range of knowledge and know exactly how to deliver consistent results. I have worked mainly with Will, and he is only ever a phone call away to answer any questions.
Without their help we simply wouldn’t be where we are today, which is a highly profitable store. If you are looking for a digital marketing agency then I highly recommend social nucleus

3 years in and still loving it
We’ve been working with Social Nucleus for 3 years now. Something I doubt most agencies could boast? We bounced from agency to agency looking for a team to help with our ads.
Our account manager Matt is unbelievably professional, always around for a ‘quick call’ no matter the time.
They handle all of our advertising and we get amazing results. They’ve helped us scale from 5 staff to 30+ and scaling our ads was no problem at all.
Go with these guys you won’t regret it. They’re the best at what they do.

I’ve been working with the Social Nucleus team for over a year now and after experiencing other agencies, they have been incomparable.
The service from the team has been excellent. We’ve had our own account managers keeping us up to date on how our ads are doing regularly, we have calls, they share transparent results and stats from the ads to help us understand them better so we can continue to scale.
They worked with us at our own pace and advised where best to spend more to make more and allowed us to make the right decisions.
They’ve helped us consistently land new clients allowing us to grow the business tremendously month on month!
I literally cannot fault anything about them to be honest!
They really know their stuff when it comes to advertising, unlike other agencies that sell you a pipe dream.
The results you probably see online from them that you may be skeptical about are actually genuine.
I’ll recommend them time and time over based on our experience with them!

My experience with the social nucleus team has been second to none!
The guys took full control of my ads as it’s not my area and they absolutely delivered, we had sales on day one and they’re starting to pick up consistently
It’s been a real highlight over this Black Friday weekend as our first time with this sale being a new brand, getting a ton of sales through daily has been amazing and I can’t wait to see more growth with the team!!
Highly HIGHLY recommend them. They hold your hand through whole process and keep you up to date on deliverables, stats, calls with your account manager and all sorts
Exceeded my expectations to be honest

SkinGlow - Above and beyond in every area.
We've been working with Social Nucleus for about 9 months now, we started in February. We had a slow start (they told us this would happen). The onboarding process was amazing.
We started to pick up steam in March. These guys take care of everything and even offer advice on other areas of our business. They handle our content, facebook ads, google ads and sms.
From March to date we've done over £1.4 million in sales and over 62,000 sales.
Safe to say we love this agency and highly recommend. They go above and beyond in every area, out of hours calls, always in contact, friendly approach.
Trust the process, work on your business with them and you'll see the results!

We decided to work with them to grow our brand further. We paid them a total of £7,200 and they destroyed our site conversions and traffic to the point where we ended up losing £4,000+ a month revenue and we are currently still trying to get back to where we was but that has not been easy and has been costly.
They promised the world and delivered on nothing, all they did was destroy what we had already built. When trying to talk to them about this and trying to rectify the issue they choose then to ignore all emails.
To add on to this, we gave them in writing to terminate the partnership which they acknowledged but then go on to continue taking the money. When agreed to end.
If you are looking for a marketing agency to help you grow, look elsewhere! This company will rip you off and then ignore any complaint you may have.
We are now looking down the legal routes to retrieve our money and damages as they choose to ignore the issue.

As you know from our initial call, to our onboarding call, right through to our launch strategy call, and throughout our service, it's mentioned that this will take time and it's not an overnight success.
We appropriately, carefully, and thoroughly explain what we give as a service throughout the whole journey. You showed gratitude towards your account manager on multiple occasions. We have multiple emails and messages encouraging us you were happy with how things we're going and too 'double spend'. We explained this isn't the usual protocol as we have a controlled method to scale that looks after the campaigns, your interests, and your budgets. All of which we did not have a chance to showcase in the short timeframe of us working together.
You were not ignored on any occasion and every email had a response and multiple calls. You had a personal mobile number given to you on the same day you requested to speak to senior management, to which no call came. All of which we have documented and filed should you want to request these.
We are sorry it didn't work out this time around but sincerely wish you the best of luck in the future!
