The overall experience with SocialNowa was great. It was super easy to use.

I have been looking for a good chatbot LTD and found SocialNowa really promising. I can feel the developer have a good ambition for it. So hoping for more features, especially hoping for app support for live chat like many other chatbot offers.

Note: UI/UX could be better, and better written documentation.

Very creative and include many functions that I did not think about it before, such as flow buider, subscriber birthday automation, abandon cart and more. Very interesting and it could be the big time saver, and make your subscriber happy. Looking forward to more integration like WhatsApp marketing, WeChat, Vbout and more.

SocialNowa is an unique bot builder for both Facebook and Instagram with a lots of useful features. I love the visual flow builder the template library and the broadcasting.
It has a great integration with the Facebook and Instagram e-commerce stores and you can use it to post auto replies, auto comments, and auto likes as well!
I haven’t had time to test all the features yet I can highly recommend SocialNowa (and I've tested many other chatbots!)

I am a huge fan of SocialNowa Chatbot. I was looking for a chatbot builder that would allow me to create a chatbot quickly and easily, and SocialNowa Chatbot was the perfect solution. I'm not a programmer, so it's been great to be able to create my own chatbots without having to learn how to code!

When I switched to SocialNowa I was really nervous that it would be more complicated than Manychat and not as good. But, I was so wrong! It is so easy to use and has a bunch of features that make my work so much easier. Plus, chatbots are really good for lead generation and sending auto comments on FB ads.

I use SocialNowa and I love it! The flows are great and the ChatBot feature is awesome. We use ChatBots for lead generation and they work great. The only thing I don't like about SocialNowa is that there are too many features to explore, which can be overwhelming at times.

This is a great chatbot builder for small businesses. It was so easy to use and has a ton of templates to choose from. The best part is the customer service

By Far the Most Reliable Chatbot with lot of Automation Features
This has been one of the most reliable bot software that I actually have used. I had been looking for chatbots for an extended time, however, this SocialNowa has been better than what I expected.
To suggest my advice to the team would be improving UI and Making more tutorials (they already have a lot of tutorials but more is always better )
Nevertheless, SocialNowa has been My go-to gear for all my social media campaigns.

It is very recent that I have begun exploring the many features of SocialNowa and was really impressed by the power of this tool.
Integrations with social profiles are simple and you can create many wonderful chatbots. But SocialNowa is more than just a Chatbot, it contains many features that I still have to explore.
I wish I could give more than 100 Starts. Way lot simple to set up and use.

SocialNowa is a great chatbot builder with a number of features and helpful tutorials. It is easy to use and has a great visual flow. You can't go wrong with this offer.

There are great features like visual flow builder, bot templates, and subscriber broadcasting that are very helpful to me especially the subscriber broadcasting since I can easily create a 24hour message broadcast to messenger bot subscribers.

Love the updates and looking forward to the new upcoming features in the next few months. I would highly recommend it.

Real Value Provider

For me, SocialNowa has become a real value provider. Among many of the good features that it has what I liked most were its dependable integration and advanced reporting.

I am not only using SocialNowa for just a chatbot building but also for Facebook and Instagram posting, so I don't have to play up with different tools just to schedule a post on social media. As I already said, the features are great and even though I haven’t used all of them yet, I still found SocialNowa as a very good purchase. I’ll definitely recommend it.

Impressive! In approximately 30 minutes, I was able to set-up a fully-functional test chatbot on my Facebook Page! Complete with chat images and e-commerce features!
