Scam scam scam. Spent over £80 on realised I made some mistakes. Asked to cancel the order so I could redo it. Refused to cancel or refund me. 4 weeks later still nothing has arrived, I’ve been totally robbed. I’ve reported to trading standards and authorities. I got email response 2-3 days later “why u want to change” really professional…. Just an all out scam.

Refusing to refund - watch out for this scam

Purchased 2 x kits and they should have a certain badge on - my order clearly states this. For over three months these scammers have refused to correct the order. The only way they will cooperate is asking for me to place a new order and spend even more money.

Plenty of other places to buy from nowadays so I would avoid this lot like the plague.

Ordered around 15 shirts from here and amazing quality every time, yeh there's a wait but full tracking every time and if any issues there quick to response never had a bad experience, and order separate shirt on separate orders but arrive together as one parcel

Have previously ordered 5 or 6 times without issue. I am aware they add on extra for the currency conversion which isn't an issue. Previously delivery took around a month. I ordered items on 16th September and as everyone else has experienced they are difficult to get hold of. They say please be patient. It is now almost the end of Decemeber and they still tell me the good are on the way. I managed to get a refund (£120) from my bank. Once Soccer03 realised this they began to get in contact with me after previously ignoring all my attempts. The messages they sent me were threatening and aggressive. Telling me to send the money again or i will be blacklisted and that the goods are still on the way. I would urge others to contact their bank if similar has happened. Worth being said I have friends that have ordered in November and their kits arrived no problem in time for Christmas. I am not sure why some orders are fine and others they scam people.

Ordered in October and got email to say despatched 24th October but not received. Ordered four football kits and a tracksuit for Christmas presents. Very much doubt they will arrive now and no response to chat messages, WhatsApp or emails to Soccer04. Have used them before with no problems. Think this will be the last time I use them.

Do not buy from these scammers! Took my money and items never arrived. They completely ignored all messages.

First off they do not tell you that take a higher payment due to exchange rates.

Secondly they set up recurring payments without your knowledge. I only found this out when lodging a dispute with my bank.

Thirdly, they then tell you they have sent the parcel via Royal Mail / 17track and have the audacity to send a tracking number which neither company showed they are in receipt of a parcel.

Very good quality jerseys but had to wait 8 weeks for them which takes away the 1 star

Ordered since September and have not received anything. Every time I message them they say the same thing that it is on the way but it never updates and I probably got scammed. Ordered with credit card so u can file a claim against them.

I ordered October 4th 2024. I needed to change the order the following day but was told my order was already being processed, so couldn't be changed. I was informed on November 4th 2024 the order was on it's way. So far no sign of it and the tracking number doesn't exist. I received an email two weeks ago asking me to be patient. My bank are now investigating this as a fraudulent site

Scam website do not order from fake tracking number website promises whatsapp support they block ur number they say 2 to 7 days to process and I never have received do not trust this website it's a scam

Fraudulent company stay away, ordered 2 months ago, have not received anything. They may go as different names like soccer 04.

Took a chance on ordering from here, didn't work out, over a month still nothing they give a tracking number as if it's on the way but nothing.

Ordered early September, and received two months later.Of course this is frustrating, but that's Soccer 03 for you.
Their site comes,and goes like a Man Utd manager, but the quality of their shirts is very good.

Would give it a 0 if I could.

Order took weeks to come and then when I did receive the parcel it was missing an item and the sizing was way out. I contacted them regarding the missing item and the service I have recieved is appalling. That's when I do get a response that is. I have been back and forth with them for weeks regarding the missing item and they have not been helpful at all. The responses I have had is 'please check the package again you must of missed the item' ' there is no missing item' they keep referring to the weight of the parcel.

They have changed their site to soccer04 recently and my conveniently this site no longer works. Screams dodgy all over

The goods, when they arrive, are usually reasonable however they do take UP to three months to arrive! The last kit I bought, as a present for my grandson, took six weeks and arrived with the stitching unravelled in THREE places. I emailed them with pictures and at first had no response, after the fourth email I was told I could stitch it myself. I said the stitching was becoming more unravelled and couldn’t restitch it and, after three more emails being ignored, was told it was due to wear and tear! The kit has not been given to my grandson yet so definitely not true. They are now ignoring my emails and I am left with faulty goods not fit for purpose. I would not recommend this company but the goods are cheap so if you are willing to lose money then it’s your choice but not good customer service by any means.

Seeing alot of reviews on here lately saying they haven't had they orders. I was in the same position. And then the site disappeared and I thought I had been done over, but I can only say be patient and wait. My order come today and all tops good quality just like all the other times I ordered

The prices seem really cheap. But they actually take more out of your account than the price you authorise.

Ordered like two months ago, just says my orders paid I've had friends and family order from them after mine was placed and they've all got theirs. Just get some auto response every time I write to them. Absolute nightmare and they used to be so quick and reliable.
