Excellent quality, fast delivery, thanks again

Fast delivery, Very competitive prices and some of the highest quality material I've tried. 👌👌

Due to an error on my part Royal Mail said they wouldn’t deliver my parcel and they had to return it to sender. I emailed the company asking for them to resend it when they got it. But instead of waiting for it to return they sent out a new one straight away! This is fantastic customer service and I’ll definitely be coming back here again. The new one got delivered today and it looks great, exactly what I needed so yeah definitely 5 stars

Prompt service, product makes great quality soap with vivid colour....and customer service is spot on.

Absolutely amazing, next day delivery had to phone regards a payment and if it was revived on there end, got a hold of James no problem and he answered my questions and kept me in the loop. 5 stars. Woody

Wonderful products with lovely results.
I have used Soapsupply a few times now and have experienced consistent results.
So far so good and definitely recommended.

Excellent will buy again

500gram order was 35 grams under. Colour good though.

The product was advertised as near powder and when it arrived, it looked like a bag of decorative bark for garden mulch. Not very happy as I now have to grind it into a usable grade. Edit- all issues are being rectified. Very happy with prompt response

Delivered on time.
Product as described.
Would buy here again.

Excellent product and fantastic quality. The owner genuinely goes the extra mile — really kind, helpful, and professional throughout. Service was top-tier and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommended.

Ever since I have started doing business with your company, I have enjoyed an above board, totally professional experience. Brexit is crucifying companies like yours however, as I am being financially raped by my own government's customs authorities (thieves).
I would like to be purchasing much larger amounts of your product, but these ridiculous charges customs and excise are mounting on me make this not impossible, but extremely financially inefficient. This is in no way a complaint, just food for thought. Thank you again for your custom.

Very professional, great customer care service

Fast delivery, amazing quality
Thanks for the stickers in the post!
