Demi was exceptionally helpful! Demi arranged for a new fabric set for my Snuzpod to be sent out straight away and I’m so appreciative of her prompt action!

We got the lovely snüzbaskit gifted to us by some friends, but unfortunately the screws were missing from the pack. I reached out to the support team to check where I could get some, and they have been absolutely fantastic in getting back to me immediately and shipping the missing parts for our product.

I would say this has been the most positive customer service interaction I’ve ever had, they were so quick and so kind to sort this out for us with record speed, which we really appreciated as the baby is coming very soon!

Would highly recommend, as the product is also fantastic. Missing parts happen, and their willingness to support us on getting them has been amazing.

My parcel was being sent to my old address, which was my fault for not checking, I contacted and got a response from Tegan who was very helpful and tried her best to put my mind at rest and she managed to divert the parcel with DHL and get it resent to my new address. Tegan was very professional and responded effectively throughout the situation.

Return process is so long winded took multiple days back and forth for them to send me a returns label after i received the wrong colour crib! Been chasing up the return that is ent at the end of last month with no reply to say they have it as currier said they do! Still waiting to say they’ve received ed it and process the refund so I can re order the correct colour off another retailer

I needed help with an item getting redelivered and Demi from Snüz sorted this for me very quickly and with no bother - super helpful and kind!

Wanted a bundle that wasn’t readily available via the website so I sent a message via the chat function on the website. Received a response almost immediately and they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. Special thanks to Demi in the Customer Service Team.

Excellent customer service from the team at Snuz especially Tegan.

My order arrived, and I was extremely happy with the Snuz basket we purchased, sadly one screw was missing for the assembly of this. One quick email to Snuz and it was resolved straight away a replacement sent out and the team couldn’t have been more apologetic and understanding.

Have placed an order with next day delivery. 3 days later the item still hasn’t even been handed over to the delivery company. Customer support does not seem to reply.

I love my Moses basket bundle complete with waterproof mattress protector and sheets. It looks just as it does on the picture online- which is great! There was a minor issue where I had 2 waterproof mattress protectors turn up instead of 2 sheets. But having said that the company were very quick to rectify this issue with quick turn around response times and a new sheet being sent out with haste - free of charge for the inconvenience. Therefore I would recommend this company and their products!

Had a problem with the moses basket stand and within 30 mins the problem was all resolved and replacement organised

Great product great customer service. I ordered some parts and dpd lost one of the parcels. Snuz customer service went mile and beyond with delivering a missing part on the day of baby arrival.

FISHY Chemical stink on new mattress directly out of sealed packaging. The smell is incredibly strong and unpleasant. And can NOT be safe for babies. After spend £100s their amazing product is let down by a stinking mattress. Disgusting

needed a replacement part for snuz 4 was showing out of stock online. rang customer services who were able to process an order for me. this was all done within 48 hours. just waiting for part to arrive. excellent customer service thanks Demi

Parcel didn’t arrive. Tegan from customer services emailed to say they would investigate and a refund would be issued within 24 hours. I’ve emailed and emailed to chase this and rang the customer service line that always seems to be closed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service ever.
