Customer support were excellent when there was an issue with my product - they replaced a part straightaway at no extra cost.

From other reviews I have now read, receiving faulty goods isn't out of the ordinary. We received our babies cot with parts missing. We contacted customer services that required a lot of information to deal with the issue. We sent photos of what was missing and received an email to say replacements had been sent. We were happy with the resolution, however when the parts arrived they weren't the right parts even with a photo of what was needed? So now we have no bed for our baby still, and for the price I have paid for this product I'm really not happy and expect a hell of a lot better.

An amazing customer service experience. Well done Snüz for employing such a hard-working, dedicated customer support team. Demi solved our issue promptly and had a kind, professional manner. We already believed Snüz to be a company of quality products and now believe this is supported by a quality team.

Demi dealt with an issue I had with my SnuzPod. She was very helpful and efficient. We communicated by email only and were able to resolve the issue in less than an hour.

We had an issue with our new snuzpod crib. I contacted customer services and Demi got back to me very quickly and has pretty much resolved our issue already, we are just waiting on the new parts being delivered. Absolutely recommend this company!

Love the Snuz cloud. Bought one for my first child. We use it every night and now for my second, we have bought another one. Exceptional customer service from Snuz. I had a comment and they responded within a few hours and acted very promptly. Highly recommend

The Snuzpod I have (an old model) turned out to be from a batch that had an upgrade released. I contacted Snuzpod not expecting it to still be available this many years later, Demi dealt with my query, they replied incredibly quickly and the free upgrade is on it's way to me already (a day later). Very friendly, helpful and quick customer service, thankyou Demi!

Great customer service, they were really helpful when I placed my order on kiddies kingdom website and sent me all replacement parts.
So I have Snuzpod 4, which is fine, but honestly we don't use this much. We have Snuz Skandi furniture set and it is just awful. It was a greatest mistake that I chose this furniture set... So when it came to building up a cot it was a nightmare as all parts not sit properly with each other and I had to ask Holly and Rosie from customer service to send me another parts, and to say, lots of parts was changed. Again, customer service was as brilliant as it could be. Ok, so with another parts we managed to build up our snuzkot skandi, but it still has a big hole underneath the cot, where lattice connects to the cot base. I just didn't have any more power to rebuild this cot and to ask for another parts to be shipped to me, as it was my last weeks of pregnancy and literally more than a half of cot parts been already replaced... We haven't used this cot yet, but the quality is awful... Moving to a wardrobe - it was easy to build it up, but once we began to use it, the handles just went out and it is impossible to put this back, so we had to use a glue to put it back, the same happened to a changing table drawers - handles just came out after 3 month of use. So overall, I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends to buy furniture from this brand, as it is not sturdy, it won't last a long time and it will cause inconvenience to a new parents. Very bad quality, don't repeat my mistake.

Really pleased with both the product and customer service. We bought a Snuzcot 3.5 years ago for our first child, who has used it as a cot and a bed but now out grown it and pass it onto our newest arrival. Not only is it still going strong but I had lost some of the screws to turn it back into a bed and they sent me the replacements in a matter of days. Really pleased and am sure it will last another 3+ years.

I recently purchased a Snuzpod 4 and it came with a faulty screw. I emailed the Customer services team at Snuz and they got back to me straight away confirming the issue and advising on how they could fix it for me. They sent out a replacement screw immediately. I spoke with Holly from the team and she was great in her communication, providing fast and clear responses to my emails which really helped to resolve the issue quickly. I would highly recommend Snuz and their Customer service team, and will continue to be a customer in future.

I can’t fault the customer service offered by Snuz especially Holly.
From my first call explaining the minor issue I had with a courier delivery and the damage that was caused and missing part, Holly ensured that a replacement product would be sent and arranged a new courier to collect the damaged product.
Being able to speak to someone who was so kind and showed empathy to my knowing I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant she took care of everything straight away. In fact my replacement product was here less than 24hrs later! Thank you HOLLY! A fantastic asset to Snuz!

The bolt and nut did not fit on the Snuzpod4 ! so after getting half the Snuzpod4 made we then have to go through a lengthy customer service process and then wait 3 days for the new nut and bolt to arrive.
It is cheaply made in China with a lot of the parts not fitting tightly. £50 instead of £179 would be a fair price!
