Customer service as bad as the product

This is the second product I have received from them. The first one the holes did not align correctly at all and could not be built. Their response was "have you tried building it" as if I didn't try before I realized I couldn't. The second one was missing the support part and when I asked for a replacement I was scolded and met with so much attitude the customer service here is just as bad as the product

Great product

We have been looking for some goodies for our new home garden. After looking at other options we found these. So glad we found this company. The products are great. Delivery was prompt. Easy to install and looks beautiful. Will be ordering again soon. Don't wait any longer.

Love SnugNiture

The raised garden bed is fantastic. It was quick and easy to put together and looks great in our backyard! It's great to see my fruits and veggies thriving in the flower beds!

Sturdy and easy

These are simple to assemble and very robust. The depth is ideal for my plants, making it far more convenient than using several separate containers. My vegetables are doing great! I'm purchasing three more today—at this price, you really can't go wrong.

Easy to install

I filled the base with old leaves and grass clippings so the 17” height didn't require as much dirt. The product is very sturdy and looks great. Other than that, construction was easy.

Great quality, very affordable, and they look fantastic!

I'm excited to use these fantastic planter boxes to grow fruits and vegetables with my 5-year-old son. The quality and material truly impress me—they’re incredibly durable and a breeze to assemble. I’d gladly recommend them to friends and family, and I’m even purchasing two more as a Mother’s Day gift. I absolutely love them!
