Bought 2 x blankets. Never came. No response to emails. Website now closed. Put in a dispute with bank. Money refunded. Contacted by bank today they are processing payment again as company is saying items have sent. ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED.
DO NOT TRUST OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased a chunky blanket on the 27 th of July and still haven’t received it. I tried several times to email but have no response. I will now go to bank to try to recover the money. Don’t buy anything from this company. Very disappointed.
Ordered 1st Aug two blankets for birthday gifts.
Didn't receive. Six attempts made to contact them with no replies. I now have the bank claiming a dispute and expect my money back soon.
Placed an order, weeks later hadn't received it. Went to their website and it is now closed.... Trying to figure out how we can all get our money back but am not sure where to even start yet. One of the co founders of the company is Jacinta Francis.
Have not received my either and can’t contact them .. just a warning
Ordered item over 2 weeks ago had no confirmation that item had been shipped after a week, emailed company over a period of 1 week numerous times and got no reply, tried calling but the number is disconnected, left messages through Facebook which didn’t get replied the Facebook page was shut down
Don’t buy anything from this company as you just don’t receive it
Ordered for my granddaughters birthday and she loves it so much. Perfect for the cold
