Side sleeper Box Pillow must have
Ease of navigation & ordering. Fast delivery. Quality of product and cost are amazing. After years of sleeping on wrong pillows for a side sleeper of some 240lbs this has been a game changer. I have not had as restful & peaceful good nights sleep since I was a baby. Add the summer 4.5 tog duvet. As close to heaven I want to be. Recommend all day long.

The delivery was very fast and because I made an order mistake, the aftersales service was excellent. The product is very good and at a good price. Will happily recommend the company to a one looking to buy a bed duvet

Second pair of double duvets we have bought from Snuggledown now and they are excellent and superb value.

They sent me a used or opened duvet
I have just received an expensive snuggle down duvet through Amazon. It was wrapped in a black rubbish bag. Upon inspection it looked like they had sent me a used product or one that had been previously returned. Either way I am outraged. It is just like selling someone used knickers! This is a duvet that touches the skin, how dare they send out their product in that condition.
My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM SNUGGLEDOWN.
This is one of the most distressing experiences. I am incandescent with rage at this behaviour
I wonder if this is their company practice. either way dirty, dirty experience.

Very satisfied with my purchase and price.
Ordering the electric blanket on line was easy. The description of the various products was easy to understand making it simple to choose the best one for my circumstance. The blanket arrived on the date promised well packaged. I didn't have to contact customer service about any issues.
