Super nette klantenservice
Mijn pakketje was helaas niet aangekomen door post nl, heb dit gemeld aan saint blanc. En heb super goed contact met hun gehad, ze reageren netjes en ze wil me zelfs nu al een nieuwe bestelling opsturen terwijl het onderzoek nog loopt waar mijn pakketje gebleven is.
Dit geeft mij het vertrouwen dat ze er sirrieus mee bezig zijn.

False advertising and poor quality.
False advertising. Closure announced when this is not the case. Some shoes are advertised as leather but not at all. Only plastic. Poor quality. Trustpilot should filter the fasle good comments. All those 5 stars comments cannot be true.

Communicatie is top!!
Ondanks dat de bezorgtijd van mijn pakket ruim 2 maanden duurde ben ik wel blij met de communicatie vanuit het saint blanc team. Ze bleven me op de hoogte houden en gaven constant updates.
Het enige nadeel is dat er mij een extra item beloofd is vanwege de lange wachttijd, maar die heb ik helaas niet mogen ontvangen
