I put my order in & within a few days my order is delivered.
Snowshock are an excellent company, I will never run out of stock as ordering is simple & it gets to my shop quickly.

Delivery commitment not met
Delivery commitment not met , next day delivery came after 7 days and been told lost in Post but don’t provide a tracking number so they not being honest , and if there is problem with the machine you can’t talk to anyone just keep going back and forward with text message service, take hours or sometime whole day to get 1 single reply
Terrible won’t buy there machine again ….

We are sorry to hear about your delivery problems. It is the case that couriers are struggling at times, the huge boost in online shopping has stretched them and we are letting customers know that occassionally deliveries may take a little longer than usual. You seem to be one of the unlucky ones. You can phone for help with your machine anytime, just ring our usual number and select services.

No warranty, not returnable, zero service
No warranty, non refundable, not returnable. So what is the customer supposed to do if the product stops working in a couple of days’ time? Plus, zero support from Snow shock. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Disappointment started from day first
Paid 3 days ago and was prmoised next day delivery. And still waiting for machine. Disappointing already even machine is not here yet. Donot know what ll happen once i get delivery. Please wish me best of luck. Having a feeling that i am stuck now like.

We are very sorry to hear that your delivery is taking longer than we originally quoted, it's so frustrating when the weather is so good!
We are taking this up with our couriers. We always send on a working next day service but very occassionally the couriers do not meet our expectations. Once we are aware of a delay we can get onto it straight away.
