Excellent service all round

Excellent service all round. We picked Dom Tours from the options offered by Snowcompare. Great communication from
the drivers, on our return we were scheduled to be picked up way too early and the driver was happy to delay until the time we preferred. Very prompt response from Snowcompare during the week to a couple of queries we had. Will definitely be looking to Snowcompare for our next trip.

Highly responsive and really helpful coordinating our return transfer from Geneva to Meribel Mottaret in Feb 26 for our snowboarding break. Snowcompare were really helpful with inquiries and their response rate was rapid. I would highly recommend

Great service and comms.

Used Snowcompare (SC) for transfer from GVA to Tignes. The transfer, in both directions, worked like a dream. There was a need to email and speak with SC on a couple of points. The service was great with swift replies to emails and no issues getting through on the phone.

I note some negative reviews. On my transfer there was no issues so I can't comment on how SC would perform should something go wrong. However, based on the great level of service I received, I find it hard to believe that SC wouldn't do everything within their powers to resolve any issues.

In short, I would use them again and in fact have booked another transfer with them.

Wow what an impact and amazing team!

Wow what an impact and amazing team!!

I booked transfers from Geneva to Les Carroz via SnowCompare with the provider Alpybus back in Dec 25 for a trip this Easter 2026. They were offering the best prices (even better than direct with Alpybus) and instant booking so very easy to navigate and book.

I was sent a reminder this morning and went into panic as to complicate matters I found myself doubly organised having also booked a car hire for the same dates. Dave and team were able to negotiate an almost 100% refund for me, according to Alpybus terms and conditions, which to be fair I hadn’t read!

Anyway, because of the excellent service, even though the car hire would have been cheaper, I’ve cancelled it and I’m sticking with my booking.

For sure Dave was probably pulling his hair out at my indecision but if he was I couldn’t tell.

I will 100% be using SnowCompare for future transfers.

unprofessional, unreliable and unhelpful. Reschedule due to airlines changes is a basic service that this kind of companies have to graciously offer. Instead this one saw it as an opportunity to get more from me. I choose to lose my payment and use another company

Of course we will always accommodate airline changes if it is possible. We always do our best to reach out to our transfer partners to find an alternative for you, however if the transfer partner that you are travelling with has no available cars or drivers to collect you for your rescheduled flight at the same price - you would need to pay for a new transfer. This would happen with any service, for example if your train was cancelled or rescheduled.


Again, we tried our very best to help you find an alternative transfer yet due to the circumstances this was not possible.

I definitely don't recommend it!

This company is truly unprofessional and its main motivation seems to profit financially from customers' difficult situations. Due to a chaotic situation stemming from their quite poorly designed system, I experienced a problem with my transfer time. When I requested a rescheduling to accommodate my flight, they stated they would only help if I paid a second time for the same transfer. To avoid inconveniencing my family, I reluctantly accepted this offer. This company, which doesn't hesitate to double-charge for the same service, is truly devoid of ethical principles; I would never recommend them.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, but we would like to clarify a few important points regarding your booking.

- During the booking process, you are asked multiple times to provide and confirm your flight arrival and departure times.
- You are also required to review your booking details and tick to confirm that you accept the terms and conditions.
- Once the booking is completed, a confirmation email is sent which clearly outlines the information you have entered, including your flight details and the scheduled collection time for your return journey.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all details throughout the booking process and again upon receiving the confirmation email to ensure everything is correct.

In your case, your return transfer was scheduled for 4:00 AM based on the 10:00 AM flight departure time that was entered at the time of booking. This booking was made one month prior to travel, and we would have been more than happy to assist with any amendments during that time.

However, your request to change the collection time was made at 8:25 PM the evening before your scheduled early morning transfer. At that stage, the schedule is already in place, and due to high demand—particularly on weekends—all drivers are fully booked. Unfortunately, this means changes cannot be accommodated at such short notice.

When you spoke with the transfer company, you mentioned that the booking was made by an assistant so perhaps that's where an error could have occurred.

While we understand that mistakes can happen, the confirmation email provides an opportunity to review and correct any inaccuracies well in advance of travel.

To clarify, we did not state that we would only help if you paid again. We explained that your original transfer could still go ahead as scheduled at 4:00 AM. However if you did not want to go ahead with your scheduled transfer, the only alternative available at that late stage was for us to try and find a completely new, last-minute transfer with one of our transfer providers.

For transparency, the following is outlined in our terms and conditions:

"From the point at which a Booking is made, Snowcompare acts solely as an intermediary by transmitting details of the Booking to the Supplier, and by sending You a confirmation email detailing the Booking.

You are solely responsible for checking all information in a Booking is correct, including contact email and mobile phone number. Any inaccuracies in contact information, dates, times or locations could lead to additional fees if, as a result of correcting these inaccuracies, the Quotation is different.

Snowcompare is not responsible for transfer planning, setting collection times, or for the Supplier and the individual driver’s schedules and timings, or for any issues arising from these. Nor is Snowcompare responsible for any last minute changes to timings by the Supplier in their best judgement given the traffic, weather or any other situations. These matters are solely handled by the Supplier and the responsibility for all decisions regarding transfer timings is solely theirs."

We always aim to provide a clear and transparent service and assist our customers wherever possible within the constraints of the booking and supplier availability."

absolutely fantastic service

absolutely fantastic service. we had a bit of an issue with the transfer at geneva as our baggage was delayed and they couldn’t have been more helpful. replacement transfer sorted. can’t rate them highly enough. 5*

Yassine was prompt, polite and efficient. Communications were clear before the journey regarding departure time and arrival, additionally Yassine shared his location and arrived ahead of time.

Excellent transfer from Ste Foy ski…

Excellent transfer from Ste Foy ski station to Geneva.

Please thank Sam for very careful driving/transfer. His windscreen wipers kept icing over so had to stop 2/3 times to de ice with chemical but he had it in hand. Conditions were out of his hands. We felt very safe.
Very punctual & good communication re WhatsApp. 10/10. Very good transfer.

Great service, very efficient

We used Snowcompare to book our airport transfers to/from Grenoble and La Plagne. We had an 8-seater and heaps of luggage. In both directions the drivers were on time and drove well. The company we picked was 4F Transfers as they had good safety reviews.

All text and email communication was extremely efficient. Everything worked as we expected it to.

I highly recommend them.

Best site for transfers up the mountain

This is a great site for anyone wanting to get a transfer to the mountains. All the different companies ive used on here are professional good cars/vans and great value. They are also extremely helpful if you have a problem - Dave especially. Highly recommend.

Exemplary customer service

Exemplary customer service - the website is so easy to use, but even more impressive when I made a mistake and accidentally booked twice for the same trip, they noticed, reached out to check and then sorted everything out for me. Could not recommend more highly - thanks Dave :)
