Didn’t think we would ever receive our bed

Hi,

I’d like to open a formal complaint.

From the moment we ordered our bed, it felt like we were never going to receive it. We had to chase on the delivery etc.

The response times have been quite frankly poor.

However, we were told our bed would arrive on Thursday 6th November. We waited in the whole day (baring in mind we chased again on the Monday 3rd), and nothing showed up. We then had an email late at night to say the item was going to be delivered on Saturday and that they apologised.

This was not good enough and we changed our arrangements to suit the bed arriving on the Thursday.

I immediately emailed back to say we were not going to be around Saturday afternoon. Once again, no response on email.

Saturday 8th November arrived and we had an unprofessional text to say the item would be delivered between 4-6pm. I instantly messaged back to say we were not going to be in.

I then managed to sort my mum to come over during that timeframe as we were so worried and stressed by this point that the bed wouldn’t arrive - she came completely out her way and wasted her whole afternoon.

The bed didn’t arrive until 7:30pm. And the best part… they’ve left a HUGE dent in our brand new house.

It’s a lovely bed but there are a few gaps wider than what’s shown on the images. But this whole process has been disappointing, stressful and not at all professional.

We expect compensation for having to get someone else to take in the delivery due to the team’s incompetence.

Don’t trust them no contact details no one replies

They gave me bed panels with glue leaking they took it to replace it but they have not sent it back it has been a year and the location is not correct as I went in person I also called them so many times and emailed and sent form but no reply . I will be taking legal action they are scammers

We purchased the Halloway bed from here and my o my this is an absolutely gorgeous looking design
Truly a statement piece!

Delivery times were amazing and the drivers who delivered and assembled them for us were really polite and helpful as well. Super happy with the purchase and will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. I’ve been ignored for a month now. I ordered a toddler bed with side panels. It arrived with exposed staples.yes it’s STAPLED together and they didn’t even bother to conceal the ugly staples not to mention a huge safety hazard for a CHILDS bed. Lumpy fabric not flush to the frame, broken sticking out staples and a cheap feeling fabric that smells of chemicals. Just don’t bother with this company.

Website Images Very Misleading

My bed arrived and looked nothing like the image on website.
Beware their customer service show very little understanding even when i went to the effort of comparing images against product received as I thought i'd received wrong product.
They enforce very large restocking fees and its not worth the risk! I rarely write reviews but this is a big investment and don't want anyone else to suffer from this misleading advertising!!
Never recommend and advise against buying from them.

After making contact with snoozyble…

After making contact with snoozyble regarding my missing items, they ensured I received the items and a new footboard.

Due to poor experience I received, snoozyble offered me the bed for free as a gesture of goodwill.

It’s not often, companies try to resolve issues as great as this and I’m grateful for the final resolution, so again, thank you for caring.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Snoozyble. Quality is amazing and the delivery times were super quick which was the main reason for buying this but little did we know the quality would be far superior to the beds we already own!

Great company

I wanted to order a well made bed due to a bed I bought a few years previous which started to fall about not long after having it.
I decided to buy from Snoozyble as I liked the style of the bed, it had good reviews and looked much better quality.
I’m very happy with the bed I ordered. I paid extra to have the Ottoman storage which is great and I paid to have the bed built. That was definitely worth it!
I’ll be using this company again and would recommend.

Ridiculous delay and delivery time



Sadly wouldn’t recommended this company to anyone. The website advertises the delivery would be within 5-10 days from order. It was actually 28. And that wasn’t even the worst part.

Communications to me weren’t proactive and I had to ring to get any sort of information. The phone wasn’t always answered and it often took 3/4 attempts to actually get a call answered. Eventually when I spoke to them I was told the delivery would be on 3rd Feb and I would hear from the courier regarding my delivery slot on the morning of delivery.

I was astounded that the delivery team messaged me the day of delivery with a delivery time of 19:30-21:30 with no prior notice it would/could be this late. The website actually says “you will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss a delivery day and 4-hour slot that suits our delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area and your availability to receive the order.” There was absolutely no consideration for my availability to receive the order at such a time. It also states that “Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Sunday, 7am to 8pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehad”. I absolutely was not able to agree a time!!

This delivery also involved manufacture of the bed too. I rang the courier at 19:30 to get an update of time to which I was informed 21:00. That time, came and went without any sign of them. They eventually arrived at 21:26. They didn’t complete the build until gone 22:00!

Who wants a toddler bed building at 22:00 in the evening?! Whilst a toddler is asleep in bed!!

I actually felt sorry for the delivery men too as they knew it wasn’t a reasonable time. I also showed them the website content re deliveries which shocked them.

Completely terrible customer service arranging such deliveries at that time without any prior consultation with the customer.

I’m sure there are more suitable bed providers out there and would advise people to look at alternative providers who offer a more informative order process and a sensible delivery time to avoid the hassle I had.

Love the bed received

Love the bed received. The quality is excellent and it was a seamless process overall.
The delivery was on time and the bed was better than expected. I cannot fault their product and customer service one bit.

We ordered the Mayfair kids bed and it looks absolutely stunning. Our daughter loves it and I looks so nice in her bedroom.
Delivery was nice, quick and easy and nothing was too much trouble. Assembly was straight forward and the bed itself is excellent quality. I would definitely recommend.
