I would agree with other reviews. I am located in Australia and bought the so called noise canceling earplugs. They are useless. Cheap plastic, poor quality and so small they do nothing. Delivery was not tracked even though the website indicated it would be. On requesting a return I was advised to send the product back to the United Kingdom. How ridiculous it will cost me more to send it back ! They were on sale but a total waste of money !

Please don’t waste money buying the ear pieces that profess to block out noise. They don’t!! Neither do they fit properly and keep falling out. You may imagine that you can easily return them with no problem. You can’t! They apparently have to be tracked which is a costly exercise. Why? Who is going to use second hand ear plugs if they’re posted ordinary second class?
Please, whoever reads this, just buy the wax ear plugs. So much cheaper and effective.

Bought some so called sound cancelling ear buds ! £18:99 . They do not cancel any sound out at all. Total rip off. I could have bought some sponge ear buds for a fraction of the cost . This company should be done for fraud . I have been miss sold something that does not do what they advertise. Scam !!!

I believed the excellent advertising on this site and bought a toy for my little granddaughter. The toy is so pathetic and of such poor quality that I will have to accept the loss of my money and look for something else as a gift. The toy costs 39.99 on the site - that's with a 50% discount!! In reality, I would be sorry to spend even 5 euros on it!! There are many positive, enthusiastic reviews on the site, but now I understand that these are false reviews, dishonest advertising. I am so used to the fact that people in Ireland are very honest and friendly that I did not suspect a catch. When I asked for a refund, I was offered to return 7.99 euros and keep the toy for myself; or pay for the return myself, and the postage will actually be 30 euros!! Yes, I was refunded 7.99 euros. But I would not give such a toy to any child. This "funny otter" looks like a parody of a bear cub in a mouse skin and is not cute or nice at all. I strongly do not recommend this store.

Never received my order after it was returned to sender for incomplete address label. I was told my order was resent but still has not arrived. This has gone on over 5 weeks now.My latest e mails are being ignored as I am now looking for a refund.
Awful customer service and totally unreliable. I will not let this rest until I receive my money back.

Sadly the reviews did not match my experience. Poor sound reduction & not comfortable to wear ☹️ The £2 foam earplugs I have are more comfortable and effective. Would not recommend.

Scammers! Stay away from them!

I ordered the Stop Clenching Mouth Guard from them on March 1st for €23.95 and paid an extra €9.99 for express shipping, which their website claims takes 1-3 days. Today is March 11th, and I have received nothing.

When I ask about my order, I only get automated responses telling me to "wait." When I requested a refund for the express shipping service that was not provided, I got the same response—"wait for the package."
