Our mattress came pretty quickly and is excellent. We got a topper too to go with it. It's extremely comfortable and reassuring to know it is safe, made with organic materials, no chemicals and eco-friendly. I'm going to get another for the spare room. (Do wish I'd paid a bit extra to have it delivered upstairs as it was a struggle and the delivery men didn't seem all that happy even bringing it inside the house). Good value product though. Very happy with it.

We ordered a Snoozel mattress and topper, having been badly let down by another (much more expensive) organic latex mattress company on promises over delivery dates. What a stroke of luck! I was sceptical, but the mattress and topper are great quality-lovely natural materials, no nasty smells or chemicals. We had a very soft (and probably saggy after 10 years) Hypnos mattress before which was causing me serious back and hip pain. I found on switching the Snoozel to be quite firm at first, but it has relaxed over a few days and is medium firm now i would say. Most importantly my hip pain is gone which is just amazing-nearly leapt out of bed this morning! Blown away by the combination of sustainability, price and quality on this product. It’s better than competitors twice the price and more. My delivery was fine. Paid the extra £30 for delivery to the room and the delivery men were a bit reluctant because my staircase is tight, but we got there in the end. All in all, best investment I’ve made in ages. Well done snoozel-keep up the good work!

So far I am pleased with my mattress. Comfortable and natural-smelling with no off-gassing straight out of the box. Purchase/delivery process was smooth, only downside was a fair bit of plastic wrapping but I guess this is probably difficult to avoid in the transport of a mattress in case of damage or dirt.

I got two natural latex pillows as well as a mattress but am less pleased with these. They aren't particularly sturdy and are quite small so move around awkwardly. They were part of an offer, so it isn't a big negative in this instance.

Snoozel Green seems to tick many boxes as a producer making sustainable, eco-friendly and non-toxic products although there is always an element of trust involved regarding the process.

I queried a couple of points about the mattress production and was given a satisfactory response so this was a good sign.

In a world full of 'greenwashing' it is hard to find truly green products but snoozelgreen appear to be a decent company producing a decent product at a relatively fair price.

I would like to see mattress companies ask for a review after a year or two as that is when the customer will have determined if the product stays comfortable and is durable! I have high hopes for this though.

Excellent product . We bought the natural latex topper (super-king size) which feels like a dream to sleep on. It seems very well made and is very comfortable and seems durable. Delivery was prompt and within the allotted time spot.

I spent a long time trying to find a pillow that does not contain flame retardants, chemicals etc, whose ingredients are clearly stated & eco friendly. I was therefore delighted to find Snoozel Green's sustainably sourced & made pillow. It is soft but supportive of the neck.

Honestly, we’ve slept so well since Snoozel Green arrived! She’s firm (yet very comfortable), she’s supportive, she’s got your back. Everything you want from a mattress, really. We went out of our way to by the most ethical, sustainable product we could within our price range, and this ticked all the boxes.

Love the Snoozel Green latex mattress in our new home, finding it very comfortable! I did a LOT of searching, studying and obsessing over reviews from various bed companies, and really glad I went with Snoozel. The mattress is a perfect squiggyness, not overly soft, nicely supportive and enjoyable to be in... like lying atop a sturdy luxe marshmallow! :-)
Between myself and my partner we sleep side, back and tummy, and it suits us both great. And there's zero smell (unlike those other companies with all the offgassing you hear of in reviews) Knowing it's such a clean-made product really does feel good for our wellbeing at night. I loved reading what it's made from and where it's all sourced on the website, and the ethical credentials made this purchase feel such a positive spend for the long-term for us and the planet.

We did get the mattress topper too for extra comfort (good bundle deal so why not), and I'm enjoying the contour pillow, as recommended by owner Oli. For me I dislike how other pillows can push their filling upward under the top of my head when I rest down on them. This pillow supports my head evenly, keeping me aligned, with more structure around the base of my head and my neck. Will likely buy another.

The mattress is a lot thicker than our previous one, but we enjoy the height, feels very luxurious bouncing into bed. You would need to buy deep fitted sheets, some standard sizes don't fit, 30cm deep fitted sheet seems to be fine (we got linen sheets from Bedthreads and Piglet in bed which fit fine and feel lovely).

And yes it is heavy! I'm glad I opted to pay the extra for the delivery men to bring it upstairs to the room. Turning it will be a bit of a mission, def a two-person job. Some people may need help. But it shows it's sturdy and well built.

Also - my skin has been relaxed. I often get allergies, and eczema flare-ups in the winter. Could be our new house (without damp issues) but the bed is certainly not aggravating any problems there, so may well be contributing.

Really makes me happy to go to bed each night, and feel comfy and content when I rest. Very much recommended!

Good quality mattress with excellent customer service. Mattress arrived quickly and was well made. There was no smell and mattress could be used straight away. The mattress is not hot and sweaty like foam. They offer a trial period. Sadly I found the mattress too hard and sent it back. There was no quibbling.

I am very pleased with my new mattress from Snoozel Green. It is very comfortable and supportive for my back. The only issue was that the mattress was out of stock and I had to wait a few weeks for it, but happy to wait. The mattress has a new smell but it goes after a couple of weeks.

Really comfy mattress, soft-feel top layer but then firm underneath, providing plenty of support. The company is friendly too and quickly answered some questions I had via email.

We recently replaced our 10-year old pocket sprung mattress with the Snoozel mattress (plus topper). Now that we've been sleeping on it for two months, we can safely say it was a very worthwhile investment. The bed is just the right firmness, very comfortable and supportive and for us, the environmental and health credentials were an important consideration, too.
(The only slight downside is that now our bed is a bit too high due to the mattress's thickness so in time we'll have to invest in a lower-rise bed frame.)

The product is excellent value for the quality. Has completely changed the feel of our tempur mattress to being something of ultimate luxury

I was looking for some time for a mattress topper that was firmer than the memory foam one I had and found it difficult to source one that could provide what I wanted. I came across Snoozel Green on the internet and after looking at the material specification of their Topper I felt it could well be the one for me. I liked the combination of a Latex underside with a Wool topside, with both materials offering in my opinion the ideal solution for a quality long lasting Topper. Having now slept on it for a few weeks I can now say it is absolutely perfect for me. I like how it stays in place so well and I'm not using the four corner elasticated retaining bands. Turning over is so much easier than on memory foam and the extra flatness it provides is just what I wanted. I'm optimistic the materials and manufacture of my new Topper will provide long term satisfaction to my sleeping on it. I just love my new Topper and so pleased I waited long enough to find Snoozel Green had one that met my requirement.
