Quick delivery, quick response via WhatsApp. Items as described, good quality. Would be nice to get some more peace of mind with regards to how the down feathers are treated and maybe some certified label?

About the down — I completely understand your concern.
Our goose down is sourced and processed in Ukraine, in a city that’s very close to the front line.
At the moment, it’s sadly not possible to get international certification from that location — but we work directly with trusted suppliers we’ve known for years, and quality + welfare remain a priority for us.

Excellent products. I bought a full size down/feather travel pillow from them via Amazon it is so comfy and enhances travel in business class where the pillows are often lumpy. Used it a few times now and a couple of crew have even mentioned how much better it looks than the airlines pillows. Easily folds in half and fits in a carry bag that comes with it.
I then purchased a spare pillowcase direct from the brands website, when it arrived it seemed huge but I was advised to give it a hot wash and I tumbled dried it and it for perfectly. It's good you can buy spare cases and carry bags as having spares prolongs the life of the items usability.

These were a game changer for our family. We flew to Thailand and my son doesn’t ever sleep (suffers with insomnia) but having this pillow made all the difference - we brought two so the four of us didn’t argue so much but we still argued as all wanted to use them! They were easy enough to get back in the case after use as well - no more difficult than some of the neck pillows.

They delivered on what I wanted of travel pillows
the travel pillows were exactly what i wanted and needed. Although originally I thought they were on the small side, they were deployed immediately on receipt and they delivered on raising the level of my head at rest on the hotel pillow provided, So all in all they were a good investment

The pillow is ok, better than not having any. But it is no where near enough filling - could do with 3 x what is in there.

I now have 2 of the mini pillows with silk cases and they're excellent - great size and super comfy. The customer service is also excellent - responsive and helpful

Wonderful quality..pack up very small .
We have got 4 pillows and 2 duvets from Snoozeworld. They have not been used yet but are ready and waiting for our big summer holiday in our van. They have come highly recommended by our camping friends. They pack up very small which is so helpful!

Why had I not bought this pillow years…
Why had I not bought this pillow years ago? So many bad nights sleep with lumpy hotel pillows. Just spent a week sailing and although the bed was thoroughly uncomfortable I slept well and woke up without a cricked neck or a headache thanks to my small bit of luxury being my Snooze pillow.
Only complaint-the complementary ear plugs are rubbish.

Buying from an unfamiliar site can often feel like a bit of a gamble. However, my experience with Snoozeworld made such anxieties evaporate. Pillow, pillowcases and service were all exemplary, and any queries were quickly resolved by Lev. Very strongly recommended.

Very good quality full size down travel pillow
The (slightly confusingly named) full size 100% down travel pillow is very good. Serious neck problems make me VERY fussy about pillows. I like the level of softness that only very good 100% down provides and a level of fill that provides the perfect resting point for my spine not to be thrown out of alignment as I sleep. (I’m a side sleeper.)
This pillow, works perfectly for me, though I tend to turn it onto its side. And its compactness means I don’t have to take up valuable bag space by taking my £250.00 Hungarian down pillow when travelling. Maybe I’d like another 15-20% fill to make this absolutely perfect, but frankly, this is an exceptionally good value purchase. And I confess I’m very happy to substitute Ukrainian down for the more customary premium Hungarian or (will I ever buy it again?) Siberian down.

Comfort and luxury on my travels
What a lovely experience and a lovely product. I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels. I usually have a 'first night' anxiety wherever I stay not knowing the shape/size/firmness of the pillows and this pillow has now taken that away. Beautiful quality and I also purchased the silk pillow case and the tote bag cover. The tote bag is a cosy comfort for train or aeroplane travel and conveniently slips over a suitcase handle. Now my only anxiety is remembering to pack my pillow at the end of my trip!
