Very bad experience with Snipe Academy.

I paid for their trading robot and trusted their promises. In the end, I lost the full balance of my trading account, plus the money I paid to buy the robot itself. I´ve know 250 people bought their robot and got nothing plus 16 people had also got the accounts blown up.

After this happened, instead of giving proper support or taking responsibility, they removed me from all their Telegram groups (Elite, PRO and STS) simply because I sent an email to other affected members so we could organize ourselves and discuss what happened. Please don´t trust the positive reviews in this page, I´ve seen Alex the owner of Snipe Academy offering money to people to write good reviews here.

In my opinion, this company shows zero transparency, zero accountability, and no respect for clients once problems appear. Be extremely careful before trusting them with your money or your trading account.

I have been barely days with Alex, and I have already experienced how my life has changed in a way I could never even imagine. The fact that he is so good at his craft and so patient to explain makes me consider him one of my few life mentors.

With this communication, the undersigned formally submits a report concerning promotional
communications disseminated through the Telegram channel “SNIPE TRADING PRO” and through
private messages, relating to the granting of a 100% bonus on deposits or re-deposits made to VT
Markets trading accounts.
During January 2026, this promotion was presented as active and available, time-limited (“Last
day”, “30 minutes”), conditional upon registration through a specific referral link indicated by the
promoter, and applicable upon submission of the account number and confirmation of the deposit.
Before proceeding with any deposit, the undersigned expressly requested confirmation that the
trading account was correctly associated with the referral link indicated as a condition for obtaining
the bonus. Following the communication of the account number, written confirmation was received
authorizing the undersigned to proceed, together with an explicit invitation to deposit.
Based on these communications, multiple deposits were made to the above-mentioned account,
for a total amount of EUR 8,786, all duly executed and fully documentable.
As of today, the promised bonus has not been credited, nor has any official communication been
provided clarifying the reasons for the non-recognition of the bonus, despite repeated follow-ups.

It is hereby specified that this report is supported by documentary evidence, including screenshots
of public and private communications, as well as records relating to the deposits made. Such
documentation has been compiled, preserved, and is available in support of the facts reported.
Online Presence and Source of Awareness
The undersigned further specifies that awareness of the promotional activity and of the related
trading offer was obtained through the website snipe.academy which appears to be directly
connected to the brand and activities promoted via the Telegram channel “SNIPE TRADING PRO
(Snipe Academy Pro)”. The existence of an official website reinforces the perception that the
promotional communications were part of a structured and organized online activity rather than
isolated or informal statements.
This notice is transmitted as a formal report and is retained together with the supporting
documentation referenced above.

I purchased a Lifetime Access product from Snipe Academy.

After a period of inactivity, I attempted to restore my access. The purchase was successfully located and verified internally, including active enrollment on Teachable, which already confirms prior paid access.

However, I was informed that:
• Lifetime access is permanently tied to a single Telegram account
• Transfers are not supported
• Losing access to that Telegram account means losing the product entirely, despite verified purchase history

This effectively means “lifetime access” is not tied to the customer, but to a third-party messaging account.

In practice, this means “lifetime access” is neither portable nor customer-based, but permanently bound to a single third-party account.

Losing access to that account — even years later — voids the product entirely, with no recovery path.

That dependency is not made explicit at purchase, yet it ultimately defines the product’s value.

During the process:
• There was no functional support channel
• Communication was slow and dismissive
• New sales and broker offers were promoted before resolving an existing customer’s access issue

Eventually, it was explicitly confirmed that access cannot be transferred, even when ownership is proven.

This may be convenient from a business perspective, but it is not transparently communicated at purchase and contradicts what most customers reasonably understand as “lifetime access.”

Anyone considering this product should be fully aware:
If you ever lose your original Telegram account, your lifetime access is effectively gone — permanently.

For me, this experience highlighted a serious gap between marketing language and actual delivery.

For context: prior to this, my access had already been removed once due to an alleged “misunderstanding.”

I was later allowed back in without a clear explanation. That same pattern repeated here:
removal first, clarification later — if at all.

The common thread is not a technical issue, but how access disputes are handled: opaque, defensive, and resolved only after persistent escalation by the customer.

This is not what a professional “lifetime” product experience looks like.

What’s most concerning is that these limitations are not clearly disclosed at the point of sale, despite defining the product’s actual lifespan.

My thing is this. His information about his bulk supplier they never answer no one back. And then they want super crazy prices all ready so how am
I able to make any money all these supplies never contact no one back and then the three that do want full price for a one size run. There’s no money that’s being made back.
