To start, you have to fill out an online form from adobe.
Look, I know the chapter I'm looking at is a small city, but even that's outdated.
because it's 2024, let's try just sending a resume to them that's attached.
It takes a few days, but you will get an automated, somewhat pointed message with early 2000s-esque formatting, saying they found me on a different site (They did not) and to fill out the mandatory form (unless they have the data from elsewhere).
While they did not headhunt me - Why would you headhunt someone and then tell them to go to your archaic form?
Maybe you don't get enough business to buy a real ATS or read attached resumes, but There's only about 2 jobs listed on the site at all, and I didn't feel compelled to jump through hoops when there was nothing in my field.
Robert Half is probably your better option.
