Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I order trainers frequently but this is my first time using this site. The trainers are better value then most and more of a wide selection. They got to me before my holiday which was 4 days after I ordered. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Avoid……. Loads of false promises in regards to…
Loads of false promises in regards to delivery. Every day I was given a different date for delivery.
Then only one of my items arrived and I had to wait further for the second to arrive.
Disappointed with customer service, some days not getting a response.

Disappointing communication
Ive placed an order on the 10th of april and its now 19th and said to be expected for friday 22nd. This means I would be waiting two weeks for my order. I can understand delays and understand two weeks is not so bad and I must have patience however the lack of communication, no tracking number has just disappointed me. I hope the trainers are is new condition otherwise I will not be happy.
