I've been following Sneakers Prep on Instagram for a while and thought I'd give them a challenge of cleaning/painting&restoring my bag. When I first contacted them I was shocked at the reasonable price so thought I'd take the plunge and was so glad I did. When I received the message I could come and pick it up, I think I actually gasped at the transformation, the bag looked amazing! I'll be sending more pieces their way in future.

Nix & Sarah are actually magicians! I don't know how they do it, but shoes enter looking fit for the bin and come out looking box fresh! Highly recommend!

My experience with Sneakers Prep has always been excellent. The guys are the best at what they do, taking great care and always going the extra mile. Even though I’ve moved out the area, I still wouldn’t trust anyone else for cleans and restorations.

I was referred to Sneaker Prep by a friend and they have exceeded my expectations. My two pairs of trainers have come back looking brand new and the service was effortless from start to finish. Such good value for money! Thank you Nix and Sarah. I will definitely be coming back as soon as my next pair of shoes need a freshen up.

I had a pair of Louboutin heels and Jimmy Choo boots. Both 10+years old and looking very worn. Was considering replacing. My husband showed me the sneakers prep Instagram and after some serious TLC both pairs look amazing. Great service and great communication throughout! Would highly recommend.

Truly saved me when my cat decided to "ruin" my mum's favourite boots whilst mum was on holiday. The boots have come back like new and I couldn't be more impressed with the efficiency and also the offer for collecting of the item was incredibly helpful know. Definitely will return with any other cleaning or repairing needs. Highly recommend, and easy to find.

Excellent Service from this company. Easy to organise and book in and good turnaround for my Trainers to be cleaned. 100% recommend for friendly reliable service with amazing results! Amazing work from sneakers prep on a few of my favourite pairs, came back looking brand new. Highly recommend these guys & I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I heard about sneakers prep through a friend and thought I'd try and get a dusty old pair of new balances restored as it was more sustainable (and cheaper!) than replacing them. I was not disappointed. They are literally box fresh, can't tell the difference from when I bought them new a few years ago. Would 100% recommend and use again. Also Sarah and Nix are so lovely and accommodating.
