I paid this seller for delivery of an item. The package was marked delivered by USPS but was never delivered to me. The seller refuses to file a claim with USPS (their carrier) and insists I must do it instead, citing “policy.” I did not hire USPS; the seller did. Despite multiple messages, they refuse to issue a refund or replacement. I paid for an item I never received, and the seller will not take responsibility.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on February 19th and this has been one of the worst online buying experiences I’ve had. The tracking never moved, and when I contacted the company they couldn’t even confirm whether the package was actually shipped or ever picked up by the carrier.

Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately blamed the post office and said the package was lost. However, the post office advised me to verify if the seller had physically mailed the item at all — something the company was unable to prove. It seems like a shipping label may have been created without the item ever being handed over.

No clear answers, no proof of shipment, and no real effort to resolve the issue. Customers shouldn’t have to do the investigation themselves after paying for an order. Very disappointing experience and I would be cautious ordering from them.

I would not do business with this company. I bought a pair of shoes from them and had delivered to my house. The shoes didn't work out because they ere the wrong size and I tried to return. They only gave store credit, charged a $14 shipping fee, and also took a mark down on their current shoe price (though I paid $12 more for the shoes). There are too many options out there for shoes to use a company like this. I recommend finding somewhere else to do business.

They are scammers, DO NOT BUY.

I ordered sneakers using my normal shoe size. When the sneakers arrived they have the right size number written on it but it was like 3 times too big for my feet. I l've been trying to contact them by phone and email but no response .They basically have no customer service. All I got was an automated reply basically saying no refunds. I will never do business with them again.
