This company is the worst I have wrote 5 email about a return/refund. The company have not reach out to me on where I can send my item back.PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They don’t respond back to you at all. DISAPPOINT CUSTOMER.

I rate the zero, I order 3 sets of outfits. Been more than 3 months and still did not receive it or can I even track it. When I tried contacting them about it, they keep sending me the fake tracking that when I try it keeps saying error or something. They are bunch of scarmmers.

I purchased something from this company four items and I have been fighting with them ever since I want to return it or exchange it they won’t allow me to do either. They said that they’re all the way in Japan and so it will cost more for me to return the items then to keep them, but they don’t wanna give me my money back or give me less than half. There’s no phone number the number that they do post doesn’t work so I don’t know if this is a company as somebody is shadowing off of them, but if it is not, I do not recommend it. The clothes are nice, but I think this is somebody else else’s designs and they’re profiting off of somebody else’s design designs. You send them your money. You will not get what you pay for.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I placed an order on Jan 6th; it's Jan 19th, and I still have not received it. I sent an email a week ago requesting a refund and received a response that they would be shipping my order immediately. 3 days later, I get an alert that my package has been shipped with a tracking number. I have been checking the tracking number daily, well, it doesn't work, it's not legit. So I'm out $50 for a jumpsuit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have ordered many times from companies that are out of the country and never experienced this. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM on social media platforms. LADIES BEWARE!

i ordered as well ! got 1 email saying my pants are on back order and i have written afew emails for update. they got back to me and asked if i wanted full refund rite now! i said yes thn haven’t heard back again!

Do not order from this company the clothes are nothing like what you see on the website. The quality is cheap and awful. I ordered the long camouflage sweater and it was very short and the sleeves came with fringes which is nothing like the advertisement. It’s just awful. I also order the long fur vest with the hood! This product is simply terrible and nothing like the item that is shown on their website! It’s completely different! Please take my advice. I will be contacting them and the BBB. If they had a 0 star review that would be mine!! Just terrible all of their clothes!! Period!! I want my entire refund for all of these items! I hope this review that I wrote helps at least one customer from ordering this garbage clothing and save their money so they won’t experience what I have experienced.

Disappointed and Disgusted in Connecticut!!

I have ordered items from Snazzyin with some level of satisfaction, but this recent purchase took 21 days to arrive. The tracking info was never updated and the quality of the product this time was extremely poor. I have been duped! There are no tags or labels indicating the size, etc and the material is NOT as pictured in the IG advertising. For example, one set arrived in cheap polyester but was admin a quality cotton. I will NEVER order from them again. A waste of money. No need in trying to return and they know that most people won’t bother to return.

I placed an order on 11 Sep and did not receive it until Oct 17th. I contacted the company and let them know I wanted to cancel the order prior to them shipping it to me and they shipped it anyway. Upon receiving the items I requested a return label but instead they sent me an address to somewhere in China and told me to go to the post office to send it back. Additionally, the products look nothing like what was displayed on the actual website. I am very disappointed and will be contacting my credit card company asap.

I believe the company is now defuncted. I ordered five items, only received four. Explained the situation to them via Email as they never responded by phone; of course never a reply. I'm out $50.96 thanks to my stupitidy for ordering from this dishonest company. Lesson learnt; always do your homework on a web site offering merchandise. If the prices are to good to be true, that should ring a few bells!

They advertised a puffer material water bottle holder for outdoor events. The ad shows a zipper on the side if your water bottle has a handle and wallet card slots in the front zipper pockets for credit cards. What I received DID NOT HAVE A ZIPPER NOR CARD SLOTS FOR CREDIT CARDS! BUT THIS IS THE GAG…THEY KNOW THEY ARE SCAMMING AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY SHIPPING TO CHINA TO GET YOUR FULL REFUND!!! ESSENTIALLY THEY CAN ADVERTISE WHATEVER THEY WANT AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY SHIPPING TO CHINA TO GET A FULL REFUND! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! NO ONE HAS MONEY TO GIVE AWAY!

What you see on the website is NOT what you get! Totally different materials and cut. They lie about the authenticity and will NOT refund your money knowing they are a fraud! Do not trust this site.

If I could I would give them no star I would. I ordered 2 dresses and neither of them wa what was shown on the website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
The offered me $40 then $20 and asked that I keep the dresses and give to a friend, and asked that I send it to an address in China. This site should be shut down. This is a SCAM.

Very disappointed with the sizing ask for refund only offered 10 dollars back for my 45 dollar purchase questionable suite

I purchased the long striped dress in black, on the reel the model’s dress had pockets mine didn’t, when I emailed to try to return they offered me $10.00 refund and donate the dress, if I opted out of the refund I would have to ship back to China, SCAM

Like previous complaints...do not order from this company. I ordered 3 items. The supposedly cotton was synthetic and looked horrible. The second out fit was the same with crooked seams and thread hanging all over the place. The third item was supposed to be a red flowing dress, I got a camouflage polyester dress with a pulled seam down the front. Same response as others. We can offer you some money or you can ship to China! WHAT A SCAM SITE!

I ordered a dress from this site and it looked like a cheap curtain - It looked nothing like the picture on the website - the color, material everything about it was cheap looking - I will NEVER order from here again

Bought an item which took weeks to arrive. Once arrived, item was too small. Tried over and over and over again to contact company for return THEY NEVER RESPONDED. Now im stuck with a $50 outfit that I can't wear.

The material is cheat!! This company deserves a big fat Zero. Ladies it’s a company somewhere in China.

If I could, I would give this company zero as my rating. It is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had to wait for almost six weeks for the dress that I ordered to arrive. I ordered small size, but the dress was large, maybe extra large. Moreover, the dress was advertised as 100% cotton, but in reality it was made out of cheap synthetic fabric. Then I read the refund policy, which says that the customer has to write an email and wait for the instructions on how to return the dress. I did send an email but of course nobody responded. This company is a scam, it has to be investigated and prosecuted. I wish I read other reviews before I ordered this dress! There is nit a single positive review.
