Got pics downloaded, like them, haven't used them yet

Pictures were delivered via email and I was able to download them. I'd still like to edit some of them but they turned out nice, I'm looking forward to having a headshot that actually looks like me today and not 15 years ago. LOL!

We replied to your email directly and let you know that all purchased images can be downloaded from the website and are delivered in HD resolution (1080×1080). Since you mentioned you were having issues downloading them, we also provided a Google Drive folder containing all of your purchased headshots.

We also offered to help with any images that may need to be enhanced further for larger print applications — at no additional cost.

We're still happy to assist and would encourage you to reply to our email so we can make sure you have access to everything included with your purchase.

Easy process, excellent service and communication

So the process from uploading some images in my phone to free examples was simple (I'm not a tech person to put it kindly). The images created were good but not as good as I was hoping and definitely not like what I was seeing in my feed from all the competitors. However, I acknowledge my expectations may have been lofty.
What I really appreciated was the service from Sam. Every question I had, Sam replied much quicker than I expected and was very sincere. I took a chance when I spent the money just out of curiosity. While the final product gets a B- or C+ for me personally, the service and communication was an A+. Pleasant surprise and worth the effort for those wanting to see what happens.

Customers are able to review their generated headshots before purchasing, however we understand that expectations can still differ when looking more closely at the final images.

After receiving your feedback, we reached out directly and provided a complimentary regeneration with a fresh set of headshots to review. We're still available to help with any further adjustments if needed.
