Have been using for a while - Just took on a second service they migrated a pretty complicate cpannel setup - working great

Servers are full of spam.Used their service for 4 months and my clients email ip always gets blasklisted.Stay Away.Asked the issues to be fixed and they fixed it but after some days same issue.

I've worked with BIG systems for decades, - the things that get your orders delivered over 3 countries or pick your bill out of several million transactions. When I needed to find a reasonable priced, but capable host for a small charity I finally chose Smughost, with some misgivings about security, up time, support, and the rest.

After several months with them I have been very impressed with their attitude, the available support, and the consistently good services on offer. The palette of tools and scripts they offer is huge, and their hosting packages are rich with features, capability, and scalability.

So much so that I'll be moving other sites over to Smughost as they become due for renewal.

I've been after somewhere which can offer me additional products to what I require. After many hours of google, WHT and other extensive searching of no results, I came across SmugHost.

Not many hosting providers provide the products I require anymore, especially the unlimited plan, Thankyfully SmugHost did provide them.

I've been with them for around a week now since purchasing services from them, so far the websites on my server have been performing as expected (secure & speedy). I did have abit of an issue with the pesky additional login box, but a quick ticket to support quickly resolved that.

One of the reasons lurking me towards these was because my previous host no longer provide the Alpha package and the master package I already had with them suffered a server package modification from unlimited to 50 accounts (they have since changed that back).

Needless to say, I'm yet to see any restrictions placed on my account(s) here at SmugHost.

Last year cPanel increased their pricing and many webhosts have had to increase their pricing for unlimited plans whilst SmugHost are still very affordable, this left me with abit of thinking considering it's 70% cheaper, but I gave them a try on the trial promo they provide, and boosh, perfection.

Oh, look at that, i'm rambling on.. let's just leave it with this final thing.. I'm aware that cPanel are increasing their pricing quota again in January 2021, so i'll monitor if SmugHost implement any pricing changes and if so, see if they pass it onto their existing client base.

I'll write another review later in the new year to see how my experience is going, but so far, it's worth the 5 stars I've given them.

Avant de me décider d'acheter chez smughost, j'ai comparé plusieurs offres de plusieurs fournisseurs. Et le meilleur rapport qualité/prix reste smughost.

Et ce qui est bien aussi c'est qu'on peut tester n'importe quel plan pour 0.01€. A ce prix là, ça en veut bien plus que la peine de tester et de voir soi-même que la qualité y est.

A host that takes time to give personal attention rather quickly, to resolve any need you may have. Good service, competitive pricing! Highest regards; which I highly recommend SmugHost.
