Very good experience as a first time buyer. I was impressed with the communication and the personal touch which I found refreshing for an on line retailer. The quality of the goods and the packaging were premium. Easy return process and refund for unwanted items was issued in a timely manner. My only niggle is, the method used to refund the money to my Paypal account, which means the refund will take 10 working days to clear before it can be posted to my credit card. Overall very impressed.

I bought the most beautiful Sundress dress from this boutique, which I found online after searching everywhere for this piece and they had it in stock. I had never ordered from this boutique before but I was SO satisfied with their great and quick service. The dress was packaged beautifully and the delivery was so quick. Will definitely be ordering from here again 😁

Very happy with the items I purchased. I wasn't sure on sizing so purchased a jumper in 2 sizes and returned the one which didn't fit. Smudge Boutique processed the refund quickly and without fuss. Thoroughly recommend!

I don't think I can adequately express how happy and thankful I am that I found Smudge Boutique! I was devastated when I found out that Sister Jane had sold out this lovely blouse I had been eyeing forever to wear for my graduation, but Smudge came to my rescue! Their website is so easy to navigate, and they have a beautiful selection of clothing items. It honestly took all my strength not to purchase anything other than the top I wanted! The order process was simple, safe, and totally trustworthy. They give you a tracking number for your shipment, and as someone who was ordering from another country, it gave a much needed sense of relief.

It was the delivery of my product that really impressed me, however. I didn't regularly check where my order was at, so it surprised me when I got it only a couple of days after! The processing and the delivery were all so satisfyingly swift, and they packaged my item securely in a box with their cute logo on it, so there's absolutelu no need to worry about the condition of your product when it comes to you. Plus, they added a handwritten note addressed to me that was just so sweet, it made my day so much brighter! I just loved the whole shopping experience I had with them, and I had to share it, so more people would be encouraged to purchase from this lovely business! I sincerely wish them great success!

Smudge always have such a beautiful range to choose from- found a beautiful piece perfect for spring summer drinks. I have ordered a few bits from them now and each time I get compliments from people out and about because you can’t find these items anywhere else and so unique

I wanted a 2 piece skirt and top by Hope & ivy. I ordered the top but the skirt wasn’t in stock, I emailed customer service to enquire about when the skirt would be back in stock and they replied straight away, offered to reserve the skirt in 2 sizes and then emailed me when it was in stock.
Both items arrived quickly and nicely packaged.
