Good Customer Service

I signed up to use SMSGlobal for my product's SMS Gateway. There were 2 occasions I had to raise tickets with the support team and both times they satisfactorily sorted me out right on time. I love it when companies have great customer service. Thank you SMSGlobal.

I have had this service about 9 months…

I have had this service about 9 months now and I started kind of slow with it, not really knowing all the capabilities. I am now going full steam ahead. My ROI on this is now thru the roof, but I do have a great offer which makes all the difference in the world.

Also the support is amazing. Especially our success managers Mr. Cannon & Mr. Naveen is always available for us in all phases.

not good enough

sometimes it up, sometimes it down, never do they communicate to customers, I suggest choosing a different provider, pay a tiny bit more save yourself the hassle.
