Superb service
Simon at SMR Locksmiths came to change our locks when we moved into our new home. I really cannot fault the service received - he was efficient, informative, polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

Our tenants reported that the door lock…
Our tenants reported that the door lock was being temperamental and were worried that they would end up either locked in or out of the flat. Simon was able to come the next day. We corresponded by email, sending photos of the locks, he was able to give us a preliminary quote/assessment of what he expected would be required. In the end, only one of the locks needed changing and he was able to service the other meaning the final bill was about £50 less which is always a great thing :). Highly recommend.

When you need a locksmith, SMR locksmiths is a great option!
Simon at SMR Locksmiths came to help us replace a key lock in our house. When we first called him, he made a very good impression as he has a very friendly and "I can help you" attitude. He explained our options very clearly (price vs benefits), booked a slot quickly to come and install the lock. When he arrived, he was very presentable, friendly (again! :)) and professional. He also went the extra mile of checking other locks (even when we didn't expect him to do so!), addressing if anything needed a quick fix, giving us advice and guidance.
I highly recommend Simon and SMR locksmiths as he was very friendly and knowledgable. Thank you so much again Simon! It's been a pleasure meeting you :)

SMR Locksmiths 🤩
SMR Locksmiths are responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. Simon attended my home on time and changed my locks in a matter of minutes. Professional, courteous and got the job done. Highly recommend and would definitely use again if needed. 5* service all round.

Fixing front door lock
The front door would close but not lock so I contacted SMR Locksmiths as I have been pleased with their service before. Simon arrived within an hour, identified the problem and gave me an estimate. He needed to get parts and, on his return, quickly fixed the lock. Very professional, good communication, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again (although hopefully no more problems with any of the other locks!).

Best Locksmith Around!
This is the second time we have used SMR. Last year, Simon came at short notice to fix our front door, which had broken hours before we were about to go on holiday. The experience was so excellent that, when we needed our back door fixing, Simon was the first person we thought of.
Simon is knowledgeable, friendly (even patiently talking our excited 4 year old through what he was doing!), professional and extremely competent. I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone requiring locksmith etc services. Thanks (again) Simon!
