I bought 2 men sweaters listed as cashmere sweaters. The sweaters are not only cashmere but they are the lowest quality fabric. I don't think I would even find that quality at Walmart.
When I saw the quality I emailed customer service for a full refund which was $89.96 to be exact. They offered $3 refund and to keep the items. I rejected the offer and asked again for full refund. At this time they increased the offer to $6 After a 2nd rejection they offered $12 and then $20 and finally $30 They finally realized I want my money. Now they're telling me I have to pay for the return shipping and 10% processing fee. It has been a struggle to say the least. If I could attach their emails to this message I would.
Do not buy from them. You'll get better quality at Walmart.

Worst online shop ever. Tags cut out of clothing. No way to know what the fabric is, how to launder, where it was made or size. Worst customer service. Refund of 4 bucks offered for a 40 dollar shirt. Repeated contact with company was more offers of refund amounts 10 buck or 14 bucks. What the hell? Refund the full amount. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

I ordered a pair of shoes
They sent the wrong size
I ordered a 7.5, they delivered at 10.5
They won’t answer emails
Delivery also took a lot longer than it said online. Wish I saw all of these reviews ahead of time

I was unimpressed with the quality of two shirts and asked to return. Here is their pathetic response:

We are willing to provide the following two solutions for you:
1. Refund USD17 to your payment account, and you can keep the product.
2. Return the item back for refund.
Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable.
When you choose to refund, the bank will also charge a 10% handling fee of the total amount of your order, please note.(It is USD4.29)
We will offer you the full return shipping address if you choose option 2.

This is a horrible company. Sent a used product with tags removed that was the wrong size. Refused to take it back and provide a full refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Avoid shopping at this company/website. They send items that are too small but you're unable to return item due to high cost of return since they don't provide a return label. They will offer a $6 dollar refund if you're lucky enough to get it. Also, they claim to have delivered an item that never came. Plus items are made cheap. No good recourse--huge scam!!!

Bought a pair of boots and tried emailing for return, got no reply. Total joke. Wrong size.Dont buy from this store.

8/21/2024 BUYER BEWARE!! Clothing is not what is advertised. Sizing is wrong, Material is cheap, color is completely off. They offered a $6 dollar refund when I paid $93. They are a complete joke and scammers.

Total and utter con. Please don’t waste your money. Products not as advertised, sizing wrong and total lies on the returns. I’m Sharing widely and contacting Chinese embassy, hopefully they will have some sense of shame.

Absolute rubbish, looks nothing like advertised. Took weeks to get here. Don't waste your money. I'll put it down to experience and never buy anything from China again. I sent them a email stating the above, nothing back... its a one time rip off.

Interesting designs, Nice color selection, Good pricing. I am looking forward to receiving my first order and seeing how the quality of the merchandise stands up.

Complete garbage. Bought 8. Comes from China. Took 18 days. 4 were
totally different colors than advertised. Medium was more like a small. Don’t waste your money.
