I have worked out how I accidentally sign up to this crap. It was a QR code reader app. I thought I was accessing what I was scanning but clicked on an add link by accident. Total scam!! Avoid at all costs. £39.99 per month for nothing.Just Robbery.

Complete scam. Accidentally subscribed, can't even remember how. £0.01 when abroad and phone not working very well. Then get charged 39.99 every 28 days. Seeking refund though not hopeful. A lot of nothing on the site, that noone would want to pay for

Cette entreprise est très malhonnête; car elle m'a prélevé 29,99€ sans autorisation de ma part. J'ai installé une application (metronome beat) sur mon téléphone pour 0,01€ et du coup ils ont récupéré mes coordonnées pour me prélever 29,99€. En plus ils sont arrangés pour passer le mouvement le dimanche( la banque ne pouvant pas agir ce jour la!!)

I got caught out by this company, supposedly doing an age check and stating don't worry we won't charge you anything, then takes 1 pence, then the day after £39.99 goes out of my account to them.
I have no account with them, I've tried all my in use emails, even tried resetting the password and with each attempt came back saying no account, so how am I supposed to stop the subscription.
My bank has recalled the money and are contacting them, but have instructed me that I need to contact them, and guess what that isn't easy to do.

I never signed up for this scam!!.... 1p off my bank account without my authorisation!!! crooks! seems to me that internet service providers are giving out email addresses!!!!

I realy dont know what i have done Never uses this site so how could they give me a subscribtion ???? Its scamming on high level Already closed it and asked my money back

Me too. Just scammed ALSO for £39.99. HSBC contacted me, and I cancelled my card. LUckily, they had not paid it, as they suspected fraud too.

Do not use this company please.......age related £0.01p was charged 2 days later tried to take £39.99 from my account with no permission or purchase.....froze card quickly. Chinese scamming company.

A total scam. I found a declined payment in my account and have no idea who they are.

Smooth-hub a essayé de prendre un paiement de 29 € alors qu'ils n'ont même pas mon adress mail, simplement suite à un click non intentionnel de ma part. On ne peut pas se désinscrire s'il n'y a pas de compte mail associé à une tentative de paiement.

Having 2 payments taken of 39.99 yet I have no account. I will be requesting a refund from my bank as this is fraudulent. Stay away

Scanned a QR code at a local pub supposedly to be able to order food from the table via my credit card. Couldn't get it to work so ended up paying at the bar by debit card.
2 days later, my bank advise me of an suspected fraudulent charge of £39.99 by these scammers.
Advised to cancel credit card & they blocked the £39.99. Full credit to First Direct for flagging this up

Scanned a bar code when trying to charge electric car in a service station & charged 1p so had to cancel debit card to stop them taking more money. This is a scam - beware.

These people should be renamed Smooth - Scam .
I was fooled into believing this was an age check ( by asking for my bank details & authorise a 1p payment ) to view channel My5 on my TV.
At that point I stopped & never actually authorised the 1p payment but they tried to take it & now they are trying to take another 39.99 as well!!!
Fortunately I put a full freeze on my bank card before they got their grubby hands on my money

I scanned a barcode for a car parking app at Three bridges train station and had the 0.01 transaction. Luckily for me the £39.99 transaction was declined by my bank

I scanned a barcode in a hotel as I thought it was for services.
Then I had to verify my name, and £0.01 was taken from my account.
My bank fraud just rang me there are 2 payments for £39.99 gone from my account. Absolutely disgusting. If would give you 0 stars.😡

My bank has contacted me to ask if I have authored a payment of £39.99 to smoothhub. I have not done this but somehow they have got my card details and set up a direct debit which they have taken on 2 previous occasions. The bank say it has been authorised from my phone but some of the address details are wrong. I have absolutely no idea how they have done this but am at present £79.98 out of pocket. needless to say i am trying to follow this up with smoothhub.

Got a bulb camera off Amazon .had to scan the qr code smooth.co.uk they ask for 1 pence to get started.they took 39.99 of my bank account every week closed down cards repored it to Amazon they said it could be the third seller.had to take a photo off the qr code and send it to amazon.scam scam don't use the qr code

I got the same problem.. hopefully TSB get my money back.
