Same as many below. Ordered 10. 6 were wrong flavours. What’s the point in putting flavour of ur choice when you don’t receive them??? I seriously suggest save your money and find someone who at least answers back. Update got someone email me. Trying to get a resolution. See what happens UPDATE. Had someone contact me and issued was resolved. Very happy with resolution.UPDATE. Ordered again. More issues!!!!

Ordered 2 Elux Firerose, Mr Blue and Grape Gummy Bear. Both flavours came correctly. Ordered midnight Wednesday and they were here by Friday midday. Highly recommend Firerose and will definitely be ordering again! Checked and both genuine

Fantastic delivery only took 2days, arrived on time, customer care isn’t the quickest but have always responded to me. 9 times out of ten I get all the flavours I wanted 👍.

I ordered a mixed box of Elux 3500 as the price was good & I liked the idea of being able to try a variety of the flavours. When they arrived (within a few days, quicker than expected & the only thing I can praise them for) only 3 of the 10 were the flavours I ordered. I sent a message immediately & got a courteous reply saying the flavours I requested were out of stock & asking what I would like to do to resolve the issue. Responded to ask why I wasn’t informed before they were shipped so I could choose from what they did have in stock & that I would like to exchange them for flavours I select. This email got no response. Messaged again after a few days & got a reply that someone would look into it, again heard nothing. Have sent 4 messages since without any response at all (sent with their online form & in response to their email, I even explained that I would be a repeat ordering customer & that friends were asking for the link as they would like to place orders too.

Returns guarantee is worthless as has to have return label to accept it. The returns address provided (Smokehutuk, Axletree Way, WS109QY Wednesbury) has no unit number & is a Gallagher retail park (b&q, dfs, tk maxx etc. no vape shop or any similar business registered)
The Office Address (20 Brockhurst Street, Walsall WS1 4ED) is a residential address.

I’ve checked the serial numbers of a few as some reviews said they had fakes sent but they have checked out as genuine.

It’s a shame, the price is competitive, the postage was quick & being able to order mixed flavours is a great idea.
Let down by their customer service & a lack of contact number to sort out issues promptly (or at all in this case)

Placed an order, took a little while to come due to the postal strikes, but arrived!! Products fantastic!! Deffo my new place to go to :) fantastic customer service and reply’s, very friendly and helpful, very highly recommend!!

Items not arrived no info from Royal Mail and no way to contact smokehutuk.com also just read a review that they sent fake vapes out I’m fuming

❗Scam. Fakes. Avoid.❗

Purchased 10x 3500 2% Elux Legend disposable Vapes. They sent me 5 of the wrong flavour, substituted without letting me know or asking.

Then upon further inspection I discovered that the Vapes were FAKE, I sent them one of the verification codes from the box which was proven to be fake.

The company denied it could have came from them, but admitted it was fake in writing. Would only refund if I 'sent back all items I received, in the condition I received them'

I deduced that they would not bother to refund, by claiming they weren't the items I received etc. etc. Proven to be untrustworthy.
