Money taken 28th June, now 15th July and still no delivery! Can’t get anyone to communicate with me, won’t use again and I was a regular customer but not anymore……hopefully get my money back through credit card charge back
Not happy with lack of customer communication

Never received order. Emails bounce back. Live chat left on read. No refund issued

Never get updates on orders. They are always late as never dispatched next day. Still waiting on my order from last week that's is ment to be next day delivery.

Ordered on 26th June for next day delivery!!!! Order #9910!! Still not received my vapes. Tracking not updated since day 1 and numerous attempts to contact via chat service and email has gathered no response at all.

Ordered vape juice a week ago 24H delivery still hasn’t arrived, emailed twice this week! No reply or nothing

I ordered my vapes on the 13thjune its now the 19th and still haven't received them

Delivered on 6th with next day delivery. Tracking updated stating sender has assured Royal Mail parcel has been sent to them. I am still waiting. No contact from seller despite numerous emails to them. The automatic live chat is practically useless and does not provide real time tracking information or updates. I will be disputing the payment with my bank by the end of this week should I still not receive purchases.

Will never order again from here. I Took next day delivery and only came 1 week later. Was missing half of the flavours, been trying to get a refund but it's impossible to reach them

Parcel hasn’t arrived. Nothing showing on tracking. Emailed twice and haven’t had any response. Had to go through bank for help as they’re utterly useless. Never had a problem before but won’t be returning now!

I have always ordered a set box of 10vape juices from this company,over the past year they are getting slower with the delivery,it's been over a week now and still no sign of it despite emailing a few times and using the online automated chat,my next port of call is to write a letter to your company to see what's going on.

Order not received and company has ignored my emails regarding this

Placed an order. No email confirmation, no responses to emails sent asking about my order. Have been on the chat function, no replies. I wish I'd have read the reviews before ordering. They do not seem to be listed on companies house and the address does not ring true in the local area. I would avoid.....

Delivery is not true, they tell next day or 24h FedEx but I am waiting 4 days and not news to my 3 mails and several chats

Easy to order and generally have what I require. If not always a good replacement. Good company to order from.

Supposed to be dpd next day . I got a royal mail tracking number 8 days later not received anything tracking says royal mail hasn't got the parcel . No reply on the support email address avoid at all costs

Paid for next day delivery on the 26 April and it is now the 11th of May and still have not received my order.
I have used another 2 suppliers and had my products following day.
So definitely do not use this supplier if you want quick delivery.
They are a scam my order is still being processed.
They do not answer emails.
I have sent multiple emails for a refund and no reply.
STAY AWAY from this company, they are a scam

More than half the order was the wrong flavors and tryed to contact to sort it and as yet havnt got anywhere
As its my first time ordering from here i dont know if this is normal.
