It's delicious, and it's the perfect size for two people. We use it for breakfast and supper. It freezes well and warms up easily. Great value for what you pay.

Thank you for your review James. We do not ship this product with coolants as it is cured and we are not required to. This item can be shipped unrefrigerated to a military base overseas and be perfectly safe.
Upon arrival, it should be either refrigerated or put in freezer.
I believe that this product is great. I have ordered it previously and it is always delicious. The best thing I can say is I will order it again.

Good taste. More flavorful than most. Cuts were surprisingly thin. Only thing I was disappointed about.
