Wow, this is good stuff. I toss a couple handfuls in the skillet and cook, and from there the sky is the limit. Add veggie of choice (cabbage or green beans are my faves) and cook till veggie is done. Or add some onion and bell pepper and beaten eggs, and make a fancy frittata. I also put about half a package into a meatloaf, plus sharp Cheddar, for a bacon cheeseburger meatloaf.
