Spent $6500 with this company in the last 7 weeks, our last order was $2400 and pay right away. The next day we got a new invoice that show ONLY $1400 worth of product. After a few emails we told them, our number have to match so please refund and we will restart with a new one and go elsewhere for what you do not have. Well, we have no product and no refund. DON'T waste your time and money with these clowns. We would have spend a lot more in the coming weeks but they prefer make a 1 time $2400 than many returning order. They are screwed if they think they will survive doing this to others.

Smoke Arsenal is always excellent! Excellent customer service, fast, packaged very well. This time I received my package late due to shipping issues here in BC because the floods, but I received it non the less and was surprised and some bonus posters!

Products are excellent but I sent an email three times for a broken downstream but no response. Once you placed an order, I got a new invoice (updated one) minus items not available. This is fine but when I asked if this particular item is not available please add this two instead.... no response. and the package has been sent.

Customer Service extremely poor. Can't even seem to answer the phone correctly by providing a name i usually have to ask if its smoke arsenal and who im speaking with.

Last Package was poorly packed and lead to damages. They didn't seem to care much at all and the response I got was "We have many businesses we are supplying so we can't be held responsible for mistakes or non updated products on the website."

This is frustrating, when pertaining to proper inventory levels. If it says there are 20 units in stock and i order them from you, and you continously dont have it, this effects my inventory in store and im left with no option but to go though another supplier.

Overall yall need to work on your on phone customer service and also work on updating your website to avoid confusion and frustration.

great company to deal with , orders are packed well ,shipped right away and are accurate .

Everything is great other than high level of out of stock items.
