Went to Huddersfield store this morning. Not enough in stock for purchase.
Paid for purchase and was ordered online from store, delivered to door in a few hours.
Excellent customer service in store and from Delivery Driver.

The same day delivery is great! Had to ring regarding a issue I was having and the lady was so helpful. The guy who dropped off the delivery even rang me to tell me how long he would be. Can't fault it at all

Went in Rotherham store seeking the new elux nic salts, hamza went out of his way to source them for me and order them as they won’t be in store only online. I have been a customer here for years, I never get anything less than 110%

I went down today in Rotherham bought 3 disposable vapes and they was all burnt had ejuice leaking everywhere and the best thing about this is there out of date I go back to try and get a refund all the !am wohld.do is exchange them and I said there all.Out of date and he replied saying is good and safe to have out of date vapes not on got four more times to try and all burnt terrible please dont got and waste your money needs to be shut down

Went to this vape shop in rotherham, boss man Hamza patterned me a nice gotek kit, gotta say his customer service is exceptional and made me feel extra welcome, I will be 100% returning to this shop, guy is dench too lol.
