With this review I would like to express a gratitude for Richard Neilson exceptional service. He first assisted me in securing a mortgage with remarkable efficiency, making the process seamless. Unfortunately, when the initial property purchase fell through as the buyer pulled out resulting in both financial loss and disappointment, Richard's support was amazing. He offered to arrange a mortgage for my next property at no additional cost, understanding the challenges I had faced. Amazingly, he secured the new mortgage for the new property in just eight days, handling everything with professionalism and ease. Richard's dedication and empathy made easier to tackle the stressful situation and I am deeply grateful for his assistance. I would recomend him 100%

I can't believe I get a mortgage offer in 9 days ! Thanks Richard, he is hard working even during the weekend and weekday evening. He is expertise on mortgage application for BNO Visa holder, he gave a wide range of options including 5% deposit while most lender request for 25% ! Richard did our mortgage. Could not be happier. He went above and beyond. So helpful even before the process started. A year before in fact.
