ordered sitting bulldog on 31st…Poor Service

ordered sitting bulldog on 31st December 2023, was sent wrong item.Had numerous contact with Nick and eventually return of the item was arranged. I have contacted them twice for refund and still waiting. At the price of the item i would have expected better customer service. extremely disappointing experience.Poor service from the start.

Exceptional service thank you

We purchased a table from them a few months ago, it was a bespoke order so they wait time was 3 months which was well worth waiting for. We now have beautiful gold plated table in our house and the whole family love it. Thank you once again.

Very poor service

We purchased an expensive scooter cocktail bar from the company . It took several months for it to be delivered despite them holding on to our payment . When the scooter eventually arrived it was damaged .
They were very poor in communicating and slow in getting h the damaged parts to us ( which we had to fit ) . Very poor customer service . Would not use them again

This item is made from a real, reclaimed road vespa scooter, so some marks and imperfections are expected, as stated on the product listing. When you reported the rear light damage, we requested photos, ordered a new light, as soon as it arrived in stock.
We also offered a full return and refund if you preferred not to keep the piece.

We’re sorry the wait for the spare part took longer than expected, but we did resolve the issue and the scooter bar was completed as agreed.

Appalling rude company

If I could give a 0 I would. Placed an order with shipping being 2-3 days. A week and a half later I emailed to chase it with no response and then a few days after that I chased it again to be told 'it will be with us shortly' in other words they sold an item knowing it wasn't in stock. Said item was a gift and I ended up filing a charge back with the bank to get my money back. I have then now received a snotty email where they said I cost them money and that they'd given a date for delivery. They hadn't. IF they had I would of accepted that and waited. Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. How they're even in business is beyond me.
Edit to add, they've just emailed me calling me a pathetic human. Guess we know who the pathetic one really is 🤣 shocking behaviour from grown adults.

Horrible experience!

Horrible experience!! I placed order for over £500 and emailed to cancel right away. No response to numerous emails!! No one picks up phone! No one responds to messages left! Horrendous customer service. You have my money and I have zero goods and have been waiting for refund for weeks!!! This is NOT OK. Will open case with bank as it’s now been 2 weeks

We’re sorry things felt stressful at the time. We are a small independent business and the phone isn’t manned all day, so the quickest way to reach us is always through WhatsApp — there’s a direct WhatsApp contact link on our website for fast replies.
When cancellations are requested after payment has been processed, refunds are issued straight back to the original card. Depending on the customer’s bank or card provider, reversals can take around 7–10 working days to show on the account. This order was refunded in full shortly after the request.

Great table, chairs never arrived

Great table. Solid and well made, arrived as expected.
Chairs never arrived.

I emailed and no one ever got back to me.
I have called numerous times and left messages. No one gets back to me. Customer services have definitely let this business experience down.

I'm out of pocket £195 and am hoping this review gets them responding.

We ordered from this company and unfortunately our table got damaged in transit, I got on the phone to them immediately, they was very friendly and sorted out another table to us within 3 weeks. I would definitely buy again and highly recommend them

Sold me goods from their website which they didn’t even have in stock, waited 3 weeks still nothing except empty promises, they wouldn’t explain why they sold goods that they didn’t have, whist pleasant communication really disappointing and frustrating

Hi very sorry Ruby, we did not have the item in stock for you, but we did email you within 48 hours after the order.
We gave you a lead time to wait of 3 weeks. but you wanted a refund which we gave you 24 hrs later.
