Fantastic service and pictures look amazing especially with the magic glass. Downside is now my other older pictures don’t look so good, so will need to get them changed to magic glass in future. Really friendly and helpful when selecting frames. Also easy to park!

Dropped in to get a ready made frame for a photo. We quickly found one I liked, and they then offered to make a mount for the photo which they made, fitted with the photo in the frame, and delivered to me in the cafe round the corner where I had a cup of tea while I waited. Perfect service.

I’ve had three heavy mirrors strung. One was a repair for our home and the other two were for my women’s clothing boutique for customers to use so crucial that they were secure on the walls. Alan did a brilliant job - very happy with the outcome!

We are absolutely delighted with a mirror we purchased from Smithbrook Framers. Alan very kindly offered to put additional hanging options on the back as we hadn't decided which way round we wanted it to be hung in our new home. A generous goodwill offer very gratefully received.

Wow, we absolutely adore our framing from Smithbrook! Alan and Amanda did such an incredible job with our wedding photos, they have made them even more special! They are very skilled and professional in what they do, and always welcome you into the shop with a friendly face. They have also created a bespoke frame for us which we simply adore! They will go above and beyond to ensure you get what you are looking for. Would 100% recommend, and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
