I am disgusted with this business and cannot believe these 5* reviews.
In May 2025 I ordered a Water Flosser.
It did not arrive until well after the advertised time scale and by the time it came I had already purchased another one.
When it arrived in the plastic unpadded bag, the box was completely open and unsealed. The inner bag was also unsealed. It looked as if it was someone else's reject.
I emailed/ sent messages numerous times, even wrote a letter.
After about 5 weeks I had an apology...."we are in the middle of moving premises" and a promise to send a label for me to return it,
Well I have waited a week, sent more messages and no response whatsoever.
I am disgusted and so angry that they can scam people like this.
I would warn people to mistrust all these positive reviews.

This is now my 3rd order with this company. I have nothing but praise for them.

Quality of the toothbrushes were excellent.

Yes delivery can be slow, but it was only by one day. However I was emailed by the company to let me know there was a delay in shipping.

I ordered a toothbrush. It didn't arrive within the 5 working days as promised. I contacted the company twice via email. I have received zero response. It is now ten working days since I ordered. Still no toothbrush and no response. I have clearly been scammed!

Order 21st May and still not received my items. Numerous contact by email being ignored. Reported.

I ordered two toothbrushes for my granddaughter several weeks ago and I still have not received them. I have sent many emails asking where my order is and I have had no response at all but they have taken the money from my credit card!! I am really disappointed. Don't fall for this scam!

Don’t trust this company I’ve tried several times to contact them but I have never had a response. I even found a phone number but no answer. I want to send it back but there was no paperwork with it and I’m not risking sending it back because I pretty sure I wouldn’t get my money back.

I ordered a kids toothbrush on 23rd May.2025 It's 9th June 2025, and I've not received my product. Despite me contacting smiley clinic via email 3 times, I've had no response. So I've lost my money as I'm unable to get a refund.
Shame on you smiley clinic. You have a very glossy website, I picked you as you were UK based, but poor service.

Conning People, Never recieved anything and had to Charge Back with the Bank, 100% Fake reviews look at all the Postive one's only left 1 review, Scum.

360 Ultrasonic Toothbrush lasted about a month before it broke. I cannot re-charge it. I have sent emails and messages via their website but still no answer.

Be careful with this company and only review your product after consistent usage.

I bought a Ubrush and it stopped working after 4 or 5 uses. Which is fine stuff happens but I've sent several emails and there has been no response

Fake good reviews. Cheap China crap doesn't even work no way of returning.

Suspect the positive reviews are all fake. As per the other one star reviews, no goods received, no response to emails. Heed the other comments and avoid!!

I ordered a JetFloss Pro IPX7 on 18th April. Despite many emails asking when my order will be delivered I have not received any communication from the Smiley Clinic. Terrible customer service, they have my money and I have received nothing. I’d recommend to steer clear of this company.
UPDATE: 17th May and I still have not received the product or any contact from their “customer service”
19th May…. one month and counting and not a single acknowledgement of my order or emails asking what has happened to my order.

Scam! Do not use! They take money and not sending item

Very bad company, the water flosser that I bought is not working, nobody is answering the emails. Do not buy from them!!!!

I received my order, but no longer want it. There is no returns policy on their site and the only way to contact them is by email, which they do not respond to! Also there is no phone number to speak to a member of staff. I am now left with the package (unopened), and with no way of returning it or getting a refund.
Very frustrating

I bought a flosser jet wash pro which is a brilliant product for cleaning your teeth and gums, so much better than floss tape.
My mouth and teeth feel really clean after using this product and I can very highly recommend it, ordering was very easy and delivery was on time, you won’t be disappointed with this product.
