I had an amazing experience with Smile Correct Club, and it’s all thanks to Alishia! From the moment we started, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. She took the time to explain every step of the process, making me feel confident and comfortable in my decision.

Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly set her apart. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about your experience and results as much as Alishia does. If you’re considering Smile Correct Club, I can’t recommend them enough—ask for Alishia; she’s the best!

I have had a good experience so far, I have not yet started the process but everyone has been very efficient for example Alishia Pickard has been very efficient in sending over my treatment plan which looks very optimistic. Looking forward to getting started!

Great service and correspondence thus far, really excited for alligners to arrive

This company have really made an effort with customer service. Great responsiveness and follow up. When I struggled to make my impressions, I had a dedicated customer support person who talked me through it and sent different videos that were easy to follow. They sent out a new impressions kit free of charge. Happy with the whole process.

Great help from Alishia Pickard, she fully spoke me through the process of the treatment and helped me with any questions that i had. lovely person

The customer service was great and Aleisha was very kind and helpful, even though I had multiple questions, she was very patient with me and answered professionally.

From the start of my smile journey to now half way threw I have had the best experience! everyone I have spoken to Lilly who set everything up for me, catch up emails from Aleisha the experience all round has been brill very friendly very helpful 🥰 my aligners came within a few weeks every pair has fit brilliantly and been very comfortable all good so far and I'm very happy with the whole experience to date

Joe Lee was really helpful and straight to the point. Notably taking the time to get to know his client. He built rapport and dealt well with obstacles even a price match that was considerably less but managed to upsell and explain why it was worth the extra.money. He found a plan suited to me and I feel comfortable that my journey is in safe hands

Alishia Pickard, the Customer Support Advisor, was incredibly prompt and accommodating when arranging my refinement aligners. Taylor Whitehead, who managed my original treatment plan, was very helpful, friendly and always available to answer questions though out the treatment plan.

Their friendly and helpful support made the treatment smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this team for anyone considering teeth alignment!

I first spoke to Taylor for my initial assessment and consultation, she was friendly and informative. I agreed to treatment during the call as it was so affordable and previously this was my main barrier.

My impression kit arrived within a few days I got these done and sent pictures of my impressions for approval by Jack before sending them back. He said all looked good so I sent them back.

After a few days I got an email to say my impressions had passed and my aligners will be manufactured.
This was very exciting.
I started to get a bit nervous as the process up until this point was really fast. However I know how long manufacturing can take so left it for a good 10 days.
I then messaged Jack to ask for any update. He replied straight away and then informed me that they would be with me the Wednesday. They arrived the Saturday before the Wednesday so I was pleasantly surprised.

I read a few reviews that were negative but in all honesty my experience has been second to none. I am on day 2 of my aligners and am super satisfied with the communication, support and speed of the service.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Joe for his exceptional customer service! He was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Even though I made a last-minute change to my payment plan, Joe handled everything smoothly and efficiently. Not only that, but I received all of my aligners in a week! I’m beyond impressed with how everything turned out, and I truly appreciate Joe going above and beyond. A big thank you to him for making this such a positive experience! Highly recommend!

They talk a good talk but only partiality deliver.

For example the original consultation was an agreed amount and then suddenly after receiving my impressions they said they needed to add an extra £600 to my bill due to needing more amendments than expected lol!!!

This is after having being told my final price and having a full consultation already.
To this I declined and said absolutely NOT. And was charged an extra £300 instead.

I had to continually call the company to actually make sure they would send me certain details and emails they apparently had sent me and hadn’t lol,

Then once receiving my retainers they didn’t FIT.

Honestly - i then asked for a full refund and it’s not something they do once it’s proceeded to the retainers being made…

I can’t lie, I think this company is pretty bad. And would not recommend it at all. It’s soooo difficult and tedious.

Don’t get me wrong the staff are polite and nice but the politics and hidden agendas into non refunds is very very bad.

I feel as though I was day light robbed of 2k!

Anywyss saying that, I’ve had to go ahead with the treatment. Since receiving my retainers iv not had one single phone call or email to Check medically that the retainers are okay? Which again I think is so so bad

No consideration to cancellations , no after care or advice during the procedure.
