I have to say I really have been very impressed from the start of my treatment. particularly Alishia and Jack have been outstanding. The commitment to getting my impressions done was 2nd to none. My teeth and smile are unrecognisable, I am so much more confident now and not afraid to smile anymore. I’m an extremely happy customer and could not recommend enough

I have just completed my 6 month course with smile correct club. I have waited until now to leave a review so I could give a fair opinion. After a teams meeting discussing my options and payments etc. I decided to go ahead as I felt I had been given plenty of information and reassurance that if I did not want to proceed I could withdraw before my aligners were made. I had to do two sets of impressions as my first ones failed, but I phoned the customer service team (who I eventually got through to), and they were happy to guide me through the process. When my aligners arrived I was eager to start the process and there were no issues with the treatment itself. However, from a customer standpoint, given this is a medical treatment I assumed there would be check-in emails regarding the treatment, but it was radio silence on their part. I used the online chat once their website once, and the conversation was curt and received short answers. The number of negative reviews have increased since I began my treatment, and I find myself to be one of the 'lucky ones' as I know how hard it is to contact them. Overall, the experience has left me cautious of the company. Despite the fact that my treatment has achieved the expected result, I found their lack of communication unnerving and I wouldn't recommend to a friend due to the issues with communication alone. This is a medical treatment and check-ins should made, for customer reassurance and to ensure treatment is going as planned. I have rated my experience as 3 given that my treatment was successful, but would have been higher had general customer care and check ins were done

It is a shame I am writing a poor review as at first smile correct club were great. Had 14 weeks of Aligners and my bottom teeth had 75% straightened, I contacted them and showed photos they were not exactly how I expected/ was told they would be and I redid impressions and they sent me a further 8 weeks of Aligners. My bottom teeth are not straight and due to the movement they are now so sensitive I have to have root canal next week. I am in so much pain I wish I had had a brace via my dentist or gone to a dentist for proper straightening. I am paying monthly, you email them and get no reply. When I phone the phone just rings out or no one answers. I have been informed they are smile direct club that went bankrupt a couple of years ago, they are trading under a new name!!!!

I’ve only just started my journey with smile correct club and the experience so far has been great I had a video call with Alishia to talk me through the impressions it only took 4 days for the kit to reach them and now I have my treatment plan very fast process couldn’t recommend more

This is a scam, don't go with this company to save a litte as it will end up costing you way more to fix your teeth!! Go with invisalign. Similar experience to the others, once they take your money they don't pick up the phone etc. I have now spoken with a qualified orthodontist and apparently these people aren't even trained medical professionals. Company most likely will go bust soon but should definitely be reported to the dentistry council to stop people being scammed and having terrible problems with their teeth.

Completed aligner treatment. No change or movement. No way to contact, as they do not reply to email's and call's. I will be taking legal action. As they have failed to comply with their own policy.

This company is a massive scam. Don’t trust positive review because that is all fake.

They will deliver retainers which won’t fit properly and slash your tongue as well and won’t respond to your emails and after 9 months they will tell you they can’t help you because your treatment was supposed to finish in 4 months

I waited until my treatment was complete to write a review. I've had a really positive experience with this company. I found if you follow their instructions carefully for impressions it's easy to do, they give you multiple pots so you can have a couple attempts. Aligners came all together, they're numbered on the packets but the aligners are numbered also at the back of the teeth. Customer service has been great, I find emailing the best way and the live chat option is a good addition. I've now ordered my retainer and that was easy to sort aswell. My teeth have moved exactly as planned. I found that some aligners didn't hurt at all and some did but I stuck with it and the pain did massively subside a couple of days in. It was well worth it. I've started smiling properly in photos now and I wish I'd done this before my wedding. I'll most likely get the bottom set done in the future. Overall my experience has been great.

It's a scam website, beware. Don't trust the good reviews. They will be taken to court and announce they're bankrupt soon.

The worst experience EVER!

I made an enquiry June 2024 and paid my deposit June 2024 to start my aligner journey! It is now March 2025 and I have not received my aligners!!!!! I have been charged 3 times for 3 months use of aligners that I have not EVER received. Not only that, but these people refused to allow me to cancel my subscription with them and instead sent impression kits to my house explaining that the issue is an oversight. I have received 3 different impression kits since June, and each time they tell me my impressions are wrong!!! The whatsapp group is pointless and they respond when and how they want! When I would finally receive a response which can be weeks at a time. I am ALWAYS BEING TOLD That I have to redo them!!!! After months of being patient and hopeful. I demanded to cancel! Jack, is very unprofessional. I received an email giving me a breakdown of my costs in which I was not informed about. Jack in his emails was very rude and direct with no explanation when queried regarding the “additional charges” where it came from as I was overcharged from the beginning! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! GO ELSE WHERE! THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES WITH BETTER RESULTS OUT THERE!

Not be working in customer service, she doesn’t respond to emails, they don’t want to help you, they don’t let you talk to the orthodontists so these people giving us advice don’t know anything about dental health. To be spending this much money, and not getting the correct information or anyone following up and checking is insane. The process is all fun and nice when they are taking payment and the initial conversation, but when it comes to your treatment plan, if you have any questions no one responds to the emails and they never pick up the phone it’s a nightmare! Not even single apology on the phone when I did manage to get a hold of them, just plain rude. Now I wish I never even started my treatment plan with them. I should have gone somewhere better. Absolutely awful. I paid back in January for my top arch, it’s now March and I still haven’t gotten my actual retainers because the process has taken 3 months! I asked for a refund today because this company does not deserve my money.

Amazing!!! From start to finish my expectations were more than fulfilled. I have finished my aligner journey and the result is exactly as expected. The support throughout from Rachel as well as Jack at the final stage has been amazing. I recommend this as me and my husband have had the results we wanted. In my opinion don’t rush the process as I didn’t rush to change my aligners each week as even though a bit of force is needed from each new aligner I found by leaving on for more than a week the change was more comfortable.

Doesn’t work, and they won’t ever pick up the phone. Just continuously rings and ignored

Regret ever starting my Aligners with them. Absolutely terrible. In the initial consultation they told me my teeth would be fixed in 5-6 months. 3 months in and I have seen no difference, now they are telling me I have a 1 year plan. When I emailed aleisha she replied once then ignored me so I called to ask why it’s 1 year plan and he said it’s because I didn’t pay up front. This is absolutely ridiculous and no one explained this to me. Basically told me it sucks but I can’t get a refund at all. Aleisha is also the rudest customer service rep I have ever come across the whole thing is a mess. They lie and scam and the worst thing is I recommended my husband and friend to them and they BOTH have had to cancel as they have had horrible experience. Tried scamming my husband out of £150 saying its for the impression kits!!

My experience with smile correct club started well and has ended terrible.

After you get your aligners they simply don't care about any problems you may face.

My first issue started when my aligners started to have a small gap from my tooth even after using chewies, I emailed my e consultant who told me "they would be with me every step of the journey" turns out they were not as I had no reply, I then called a week later (after trying numerous times and having no answer) finally getting through to customer service who bluntly told me just use your chewies which I explained I had and it wasn't working and they replied keep doing it it'll sort itself out.... It never did now my teeth are not level.

Numerous emails complaining about how my aligners don't fit to which I've had no reply.

Now I'm on retainer Guess what IT DOESN'T FIT AND IM HAVING NO REPLY!

This company just wants your money and once it has it they have no interest in helping you.

Don't believe the good reviews I'm certain they are paid to give the 5stars.

Just go through your local dentist as even if they are few hundred more trust me it's worth the money when you come to any issues as it looks like I now need to do aligners again which is another over a grand.
