I have recently had the privilege of working closely with John Millichamp and his team. Throughout the process, they were consistently professional, communicative, and highly supportive. The experience was extremely positive, with all questions and concerns addressed promptly and thoroughly.

SMI are a excellent PPE provider with outstanding customer service. From initial enquiry through to delivery, the team were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Orders were processed quickly, communication was clear, and any questions were dealt with efficiently and professionally. It’s refreshing to work with a supplier that clearly values its customers and understands the importance of reliability and quality in PPE. Highly recommended.

Bought some trousers from there and wanted them exchanging for a different size and customer service replies were dragged out to the point where I am now stuck with the wrong size.

I recently had a frustrating experience with SMI Group that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, my interactions with their service have been quite disappointing.
Firstly, the service was incredibly slow. I found myself waiting far too long for responses, which was exacerbated by the lack of urgency from their customer service adviser.
Additionally, the SMI Group website is overly complicated. The navigation is not user-friendly, and the product descriptions are vague, making it difficult to understand what I was purchasing. This added to my frustration as I tried to seek assistance.
I attempted to escalate my concerns to management, hoping for some resolution or improvement, but unfortunately, it seems that my feedback fell on deaf ears, as no changes were made.
Given my experience, I cannot recommend SMI Group. The combination of slow service, unresponsive customer support, and a confusing website has left me dissatisfied. I hope they take these issues seriously and make necessary improvements in the future.

Not a great service, web page to order is very poor and clunky to operate. E sticks sent through lose in bag, not in any protective packaging arriving damaged, lucky the items were the incorrect items sent through, so they can have them back. long way to go to make this work.

Working with SMI on their carbon footprint has been a real pleasure. It’s been amazing to see how ambitious they are with their sustainability strategy, especially in helping their suppliers on their journey too. Now I've given you this score because I sent an order in July, I got and order acceptance late August/Early september. Then had request for payment notifications before the items had even been delivered!!
I cannot say how long it takes for ordered to leave our company, Affinity Water, but I would expect non logoed items to be delivered within a week, not 2 months. Some of these items are little value now until next year as they were for light weight summer clothing which appears to have now passed

Due to much confusion with the delivery company my order had been delivered to the wrong place 4 times over this week. I contacted the SMI sales team for help. The goods I ordered were with me 3 hours later. Excellent service and excellent PPE.

Excellent customer service and professionalism which is very capable of providing all demands and expectations to its customers. The go extra mile attitude which enables clients to purchase non catalogue items as the excellent sales executives will source and supply the goods as required. Very good supplier of workplace products and everything you may need for your business.
