The fitter arrived on time and was very professional. The job was done in around 2 hours and there was no mess left behind. I was very pleased with the storage and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Perfect storage for an under utilised space
From the onset it was easy to deal with Smart Storage. I chose the 3 drawer under stair storage solution, Sean offered a date for installation and as an earlier date became available he contacted me and we we able to have the unit installed 2 weeks early. Dragan, our installer was punctual, professional, and careful, respecting our home and on completion it was as if he had never been there apart from our fabulous new unit. It’s now a week since we had them installed, the drawers open/close easily, take a great deal of things we were unable to store effectively before, in fact it’s made the morning rush for shoes and bags certainly less stressful! Finding things isn’t a chore and we still have space available in the drawers, for miscellaneous things. Highly recommended!

Delighted with my understairs storage. The carpenter Phil was very thorough, friendly and a very clean worker. He went through everything about the drawers with me. I would highly recommend this company.

amazing service start to finish
This company has amazing customer service, very efficient and high standard of work. We dealt with Mark when we discussed options and he was so friendly and informative. The work and finish on the day was so tidy and the fitter was lovely to deal with. I also found the quote very competitive and best value for money. Highly recommend

The under stairs storage is great and i cant belive how much u can fit in it i love it! The company was very professional in every aspect i really recommend it. Also it makes the hall looks bigger

Smart Storage at Preston have been extremely helpful from the first phone call right through the whole experience of helping our removal company to get our furnature loaded into storage. Faz was especially helpful in sorting out our removal people when they didn't seem to know what they were doing, very beneficial when I was unable to be there personally. Thank you.

Wonderful experience, great company.
Wonderful experience. Great sales team, super helpful and was given an installation date on the day of booking. The installation was so easy I couldn't recommend them more. Fitter arrived, removed our old understairs fittings, and had full installation fitted, finished and cleaned up in just a few hours. Very friendly staff and the final product is worth every penny. Couldn't recommend them more.
