I ordered a retrotouch light switch from this website,after two week waiting nothing arrive! Contacted them and they said they will email the supplier. Next day I got an email back I guess from Retrotouch said they don’t sell this item anymore. When I asked for my refund they said to contact Smartpricehunter. Ok I contact Smartpricehunter again and they said No you have to contact Retrotouch company. It was Smartpricehunter that debited money from my account and refuses to give money back.
Please avoid! Totally scam website.

Hello Piyakarn, I am very sorry to hear of your experience on our site. I can assure you this is not normal practise and is something that I will be taking up with the seller. To reiterate, all sellers manage and despatch their own orders and we help customers with any query on their orders. In respect of refunds, when a payment is taken from our site, we facilitate the payment and order to the seller, which also means the funds are distributed directly to the seller. Therefore, my colleague was correct in stating that the refunds are handled by the sellers themselves. I sincerely apologise that as a result of an error on a sellers side that it has impacted on your experience on our site.
We will be conducting a full review and speaking with this seller to ensure this does not happen in future.
I will also be speaking with the seller now and requesting the refund and proof of refund and we will send this over to you as soon as possible.
