There was an issue with my delivery, not Smartkidswatch but the couriers being sloppy... Smartkidswatch customer service was impeccable and they arranged for a replacement immediately. Very impressed, no arguments, credit where credit is due... looking forward to receiving the watch 😊

I’m horrified to find 267 negative reviews here going back as far as November 2023 and yet this scam company is still operating?
I ordered a smart watch on the 1st July. On trying to set it up, I found the instructions useless. I contacted the support email and was initially quite pleased, they got straight back to me with guidance. Ultimately, the watch wouldn’t accept the SIM card and I just felt it wasn’t the right product for me. The website advertises ‘a hassle free return process with guaranteed 30 day money back guarantee’ so I decided to return it. I was given the returns address and advised to ensure it was disconnected from the app and packaged in the original box with everything inside. I did this, wrapped box in the bubble wrap and returned with Royal Mail tracking (at further cost to me)
The watch was received by Smart
kids Watch on July 17th. I received no correspondence, I emailed to ask what would happen next and I was told to ‘be patient’ as it was a particularly busy time for the company. I emailed again the week after and several times since with no response. I got an email on the 12th August saying the watch was ‘going through testing that week’ and a refund should be processed after that. Again, I have heard nothing since and no response to any emails I have sent.
There are no further contact details on the website so I can’t make any more enquiries.

I don’t know what else to do? I don’t understand how this company can be allowed to not refund money and to just ignore customers until they basically just give up.

How many £1,000s are they stealing from people? 267 NEGATIVE reviews and ONE positive? It’s unbelievable .

I returned the watch to them in good faith of a ‘hassle free return’ and expected to be refunded.

Really low quality products and terrible customer support. I ordered a watch for my daughter and the battery lasted 3 hours. I returned it a month ago and haven't yet received my refund. Avoid them unles you want to waste your money.

scam, purchased and item was of very poor quality and decided to return the watch within one hour of opening the package. refund policy is rubbish, sent watch back and have not received refund. £26 lost! wish i read reviews first. Reinforces the idea that Amazon cannot be replaced. Such sellers should be reported.

Was worried I had been scammed after reading the negative reviews after I had ordered a watch for my son.
However, it arrived as expected yesterday. I purchased an O2 SIM and topped up with £10. Followed instructions and downloaded app.
So far everything is working as expected and my son is delighted. GPS tracking reasonably accurate, within a few metres so far. My other son has another brand of smart watch and it is comparable for accuracy.
I like the sound guardian feature which allows me to listen to his surroundings if he doesn't answer without him being aware. Can also take a remote photo to see where he is.
Feels quite cheap and maybe not as robust as other makes but for the price I would say it is absolutely fine.
So far so good!

I returned two smartwatches completely unused one had a faulty charging port, and both were far too complicated for a 10- and 7-year-old to use. I sent them back with everything included, except I didn’t reapply the tiny protective film on one watch face (which was still in the box).

Despite this, the company only refunded 95% of my money, deducting a fee over something so minor it’s laughable. If a missing film is worth more to them than customer satisfaction, then that says everything about how they operate.

I find this company incredibly petty and unprofessional and frankly, if they’re that desperate for £2, they can keep it. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to.

Looks like I’ve been scammed Too! No communication and no way to return. Strap broke after 2 hours . Daughter bought with her own birthday money and is devastated. Emailed about a new strap let’s see if I get a reply.

Pile of rubbish , tracked my child 3 miles away to a road the watch hadn’t even been too!

Then told me they won’t refund because it’s been used / saying the plastic screen cover had been removed

Even though the description says no contract needed, you do need a contract SIM to enable the functions, but the watch is actually rubbish!

The calling doesn't work reliably, and the tracking is miles out.

I agreed a return with them after they eventually replied, but have not received a refund, so I've reported to Trading Standards and started the small claims court process.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered this watch and they said next day delivery but we had a text from the delivery company called Shipit saying it was undeliverable, emailed the company and they totally ignored my husbands 3 emails, I sent one and got a reply saying that when they receive the watch back then they would either send a replacement or refund but since then all emails have been ignored and we have not received a watch or a refund, have now reported them to Action Fraud as well, they are definitely a SCAM company, DONOT BUY FROM THEM, really wish i had read all the reviews first.

Really bad quality watch, battery life is poor not even a day and had to charge it, GPS doesn't work, after few days it completely stop charging the battery, so watch won't switch on. Customer service doesn't care!

I ordered a watch which looked completely different from the pictures on the website – poor quality and not as advertised. I returned it promptly, but since then, I’ve been completely ignored.

No refund. No replies to any of my emails. Terrible customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this retailer – once they have your money, they disappear.

This company is a big SCAM. I bought watch for my daughter but unfortunately strap was a bit small for her wrist. So my husband emailed them for a return. It's written on their website they will contact within 24hrs but after sending 5-6 email so far we haven't heard anything from them. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMANY. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. When we search their business address, there is a garage on that location. FRAUD COMPANY SMART KIDS WATCH. ALL FAKE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Do not purchase, it seems to be a scam, i've been trying to contact them to arrange a return for 5 days and not one response from them, as they could / would not answer a couple of questions regarding the product that i had sent via email ad via their website contact page, and no contact telephone number available for them either!

I will strongly say never ever buy from smartkidswatch.co.uk. It's a SCAM. I purchased a smart watch for my daughter. The watch don't fit so wanted to return the very same day it was delivered. Having read and followed their return policy and procedure, in last 10 days i have written 5 emails to them on their email address which is support at the rate smartkidswatch.co.uk. This is the only way they have to contact them, no phone number. There is no response what so ever. It's complete radio silence. On their website they say 24/7 support and very responsive customer service which now proved a complete lie. The so called customers reviews on their website are also bogus and febricated by them to fool honest customers. There is no way for genuine customers to add any reviews on their website. My experience has been extremely bad. I now regret purchase from them. I will keep writing them untill there is this 30 days return window. I am also planning to complain this matter to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service:

Have contacted customer services 4 times and have had 1 reply, telling me to do everything I told them Idalready done! Asked for refund and no reply! Absolute waste of money

I did receive the watch. It however never has any signal available on it. I can call and receive calls from my child, but I can not locate him via GPS which was the whole reason I brought for him. As for customer service, there isn't any. I've sent several emails for support and never received a response back. Wish I read the trust pilot reviews instead of just the website reviews first.
