My dental appointment was a little bit…
My dental appointment was a little bit of a stressful time because I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment to book in for the appointed time but ended having to wait almost 45 minutes to receive my dental inspection, I received lots of apologies for the delay but no explanation. Not the service i was use to!!

Receptionists are helpful and cheerful…
Receptionists are helpful and cheerful . The dentist is always very knowledgeable and has a nice manner. The dental nurse is also very good and met me with a reassuring smile.

Would like to smile again and be happy .
I appreciate the help after the trauma iv been through having throat cancer ,and the treatment i received during it was immense and has taken a toll on my body and mind. I'm just hoping that the teeth i had taken out because of the cancer are going to be replaced because it's affecting my life choices and ability to move on . After my 1st appointment I was not…
After my 1st appointment I was not satisfied that the practice was very good, on 2nd appointment me and my wife where told we both needed to book in for a filling on the same side of our mouths. So we went to a new dentist for a second opinion and after scans and xrays of our teeth at our 1st appointment apparently our teeth are in great shape. So yea won't be back or recommending them to anyone

Awful experience
Booked an emergency appt online on Thurs am and had to pay £50 just to book. I then got a call 3 hrs later to say all dentists were on leave because it was "bank holiday" despite website saying they put patient welfare first. 1st appt was Tuesday at 330pm, 5 days later. After 5 days of agony, they started extraction but because the numbing injection was taking longer than expected to fully kick in, they wouldn't continue because "my appt time was up". I was given a prescription for antibiotics and another appt in a wks time. I also had to pay a further £30 towards an unknown treatment cost as there is no transparency. I'm now £89 down (£9 private prescription) with worse toothache than before and facing another 7 days of pain. Really disappointed at lack of patient care, more interested in getting money upfront than providing any relief.

My experience at this practice is excellent
My experience at this practice is excellent and is, in the main, due to always having appointments with the same dentist. Both Dr Khalil and her dental nurse are always friendly, welcoming and Dr Khalil takes care in explaining everything in detail. On the odd occasion, I have phoned for an emergency appointment, I have been seen by one of the dentists at the practice within 24 -48 hours.
