from making appointment to actually attending appoint the staff were brilliant, confirmed by email and text, gave me a call to see if attending appointment. receptionist were great, very welcoming and professional put me at ease. dentist and nurse were outstanding gave my issues, he was empathetic and give me his advise and concerns, explained from start to finish of procedures which made me very relaxed and safe. would thoroughly recommend

Bad customer service
Had an appointment not happy about the cost I had to pay. It’s the inconvenience it caused me, my appointment was meant to be 2 weeks ago and got cancelled. That means I have lost out on pay at work twice now. I asked the dentist what he could do on the price and he said speak about it with reception, when I did they said they can’t do any discount as already been put through. The girl I spoke to was nice but the other girl had a bad attitude problem and didn’t seem like she wanted to help me. I asked to speak to a manager which she replied the managers left. I then said who’s in charge then she said no one, then all of a sudden said me. Not at all professional. I went for a filling to be done and a check up and said I needed another filling, feel like I’ve been scammed just finding more work. The dentist didn’t even explain why I needed one just went it’s got a hole in it. I even had to ask about the rest of the condition about my teeth, I thought it was a check up, can’t believe I had to ask about the rest of my teeth. So as you can probably tell not satisfied on the customer service I received.

Great visit
Everytime I visit this dentist its a good experience.
The only negative I would say about this dentist is whenever you phone them they dont answer the phone and there's always approx 3 receptionists behind the desk when I visit.

Bad toothache…
I was experiencing really bad toothache and needed two separate appointments on two separate days in a one week! My dentist was very accommodating, especially as I had additional circumstances to deal with.

Private but NHS prices
Smart dental care is a well run clinic. Even tho it's a private clinic it is NHS prices so it is affordable if you carnt claim any universal credit. Or and sort of credit. I dont claim anything so I find it affordable

I recently had my bridge replaced at Croxteth Dental, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. My dentist, Apeksha, was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly throughout the process, which really put me at ease. My new bridge fits perfectly and looks amazing – I’m so pleased with the result!
Her assistant Chloe was so lovely and supportive during my appointments. She made me feel comfortable and reassured the whole time, which made such a difference.
The reception staff were also incredibly welcoming and friendly, making every visit a positive experience from the moment I walked through the door.
I would highly recommend Croxteth Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a truly caring team. Thank you all so much!
