Customer service is very poor and I was…
Customer service is very poor and I was asked to pay £10 to secure my next appointment. I don’t believe this practise is legal and it seems they are tarnishing everyone with the same brush due to missed appointments or people not paying. No signs up in the dentist to state need deposits to book next appointment which also leads me to believe this is not legal.

They don't listen to anything you say. Repeated attempts to communicate have proven fruitless.
Completely ignore everything I say, so strongly recommend you don't trust them.
