Terrible Service — Do Not Recommend
My experience with this company has been very disappointing. After I paid for the service, it only worked properly at first. Soon, the connection began dropping almost every week , and I constantly had to call support to get my account fixed. It became a never-ending hassle.
On top of that, I kept receiving frequent sales calls—sometimes multiple times a week—telling me that my plan wasn’t sufficient and pressuring me to upgrade, even though I had already committed to a long-term plan.
What made it worse is that they repeatedly switched my account to a trial period, despite the fact that I paid for 3 years. I literally had to call them every time I wanted to watch TV.
Overall, the service feels unreliable and overly focused on sales rather than customer satisfaction. I won’t be using this company again, and I would not recommend it to anyone
I definitely don't recommend Smart Cubes, because from the day you sign up, you start a journey of endless problems. You have to contact them monthly, and sometimes weekly, to resolve issues. Honestly, this service isn't worth the money you pay for it, given the suffering you'll experience as a result of their services.
Wow!!!! today I was having a problem and needed gear for a team tournament for tomorrow with and I called for assistance afterwork hours and with hesitate one of the employees from smart cubes comes back to work to help me out
And I know it was my fault but he said we can always work with the customer awesome guy I owe him sooo much
