Fantastic service

Fantastic service, got our telly a couple of weeks ago now and it’s brilliant, the price was superb! And the customer service we received was also fantastic! Will be definitely using them again for a tv for my daughters room!

Convenient to pick up and in original…

Convenient to pick up and in original box. TV was still for sale at Currys and the ex display model I purchased was 40% of the cost with no stand ( I was fitting it on a wall) and still has cellophane on the frame. Very pleased

I bought a Samsung TV

I bought a Samsung TV, and It doesn't work at all, red light always on but the screen is black. I called to get my refund and I've been told to send an email to smartclearvision. It's seems to be slow as no one has got back to me yet.

TV fine delivery company HORRENDOUS

ordering from this company was fine, easy to buy and the TV is working... but.. the delivery services they use are HORRENDOUS and i would never buy from these again because of that. I recently bought a TV and they use a company called furdeco. They arranged a delivery day for Tuesday to where nobody would be home so I called the office up to rearrange for another day where someone would be home to collect and sign. On the phone they said this would be fine and offered me wed, Thurs, and Friday for delivery and that the cancellation had all been processed and the date was changed to Friday. The following day arrived (Tuesday) and I got a call saying they where not far away to deliver my TV, I told them I'd called the office and rearranged to which they had no idea and said I have to call the office again, so I did.. They then stated they hadn't received any notes to say I had changed the delivery day and that Friday couldn't be promised for delivery now as it takes 2 days to process a delivery date change? even though another member of staff offered me a date change within 24 hours? so this i didn't quite understand and i was rather annoyed as I'd arranged someone to be at my home Friday, they said I'd only find out Thursday whether this could still be delivered on Friday. It's now wednesday and they send a text saying my TV is getting delivered tomorrow (Thursday) i called and said I'm not going to be home AGAIN unless it's early morning and they said it could be delivered early possibly but again i won't find out untill later on tonight. Fortunately it came through to a time where my partner would be at home before work so we accept the delivery. Delivery day came and the drivers couldn't find my house ( I don't know why as I've never had problems with any delivery I live on a main road?) they had me sending screen shots of my house on whatsapp and was calling me none stop at work and giving me attitude on the phone from the get go, I asked if they put in the right address and he said obviously he's not stupid (to which I heard his delivery partner reading out a postcode in the background which wasn't mine?) they finally arrived and my partner was now rushing for work and he couldn't find the house key to open the door so he asked them to wait one second and they was on the phone to me at the same time.. to which he said I haven't got time for this I'm taking you tv back, it isn't my problem your partner can't find his house key so I'm leaving (he had been stood there for less than a minute) so i asked him why is he being so awkward for and if its a problem to leave it there and my partner will grab it in a second, he said no as it had to be signed for (which i understand) so I asked if you have to leave urgently can you take it to my back door and he said no im taking it away with me your not having it. The way he was talking to me on the phone was APPALLING I was shocked! so i asked for his name to which he said your not having the TV or my name.. i asked again and he said no and put the phone down on me. I called the office to report it and the first time they said they'd transfer me to the manager to which the phone went down and then i called back and the next person said she has no record of me calling and she won't pass me through to the manager as they're busy. I haven't even gone into great detail but what i can say is IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED customer service like it.. I'm 31 and very rarely complain!. DISGUSTED. by the time this had all happened my partner sent me a picture of the TV in our hallway, so he deliberately was being arsey for no reason.
